The New Orleans Pelicans begin the front end of a back-to-back with a home matchup against the Charlotte Hornets. They play the Dallas Mavericks tomorrow night. It’s now or never for them to earn their first win.

Zion Williamson is listed as questionable, so Murphy’s role could increase if he’s ruled out. Either way, I like this Over, as Murphy is averaging 6.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game, surpassing this mark in four of six outings.

He’s leading the team in potential assists (7.7) and is second behind Williamson in potential rebounds (11.7), suggesting he’s underperforming in both metrics. Take this -114 price tag, earning $8.77 on a $10 bet.

⬇️ Joel Embiid Under 30.5 points + rebounds + assists (-121) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Embiid continues to play on a minutes restriction of around 20, but the market has finally caught on to his production in a small sample size. That’s why I believe there is value in fading the Philadelphia 76ers' big man.

Because Embiid’s points prop has climbed to 19.5, I’m targeting the Under on his PRA line of 30.5. He’s averaging 26 PRA this season, failing to surpass this line in three of his four outings.

Most of the best sports betting sites have set this line at 29.5, so DraftKings is offering a discount worth scooping up.

⬆️ Jalen Johnson Over 25.5 points + assists (-125) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

With Trae Young out for multiple weeks, Johnson is now the unquestioned No. 1 option for the Hawks. He’s making the most of it, averaging 22.5 points, 13 rebounds, and 6.5 assists in the two games without Young.

I’m targeting Johnson’s points and assists combo prop in this matchup because it offers the most value. This line is as high as 26.5 on most of the best sports betting apps, suggesting that BetMGM will eventually follow suit.

Johnson has a usage rating of 24.8% and is averaging 10.5 potential assists per game. When the Hawks score tonight, he will likely be responsible.

⬆️ Jonathan Kuminga Over 5.5 rebounds (-142) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Al Horford will rest on Tuesday, which means Kuminga will have a larger role for the Golden State Warriors. That’s particularly notable on the glass, as Kuminga is averaging nine rebounds per game when Horford rests, compared to 7.1 boards on the season.

Kuminga has surpassed this rebounding line in four of his seven games, so I have no issue paying the -142 price tag on the Over against the Phoenix Suns. Phoenix ranks 25th in defensive rebound rate.

I’ll be interested in plus-money Overs in a potential ladder situation, but a $10 wager earns $7.04 at these odds.
