To their credit, the Tiger-Cats forced overtime against the Calgary Stampeders. However, they watched a 24-3 halftime lead evaporate in doing so.

Edmonton also led the Stamps at halftime, ultimately losing it late in the third quarter on its way to a loss. That said, the team has come a long way since its 59-15 shelling in Week 1.
