After nailing two of our four home run picks yesterday at +314 and +400 odds, we turned in a profit of +5.14 units, and are back to build off that momentum with our best home run predictions today.

Two of today’s MLB picks from the 10-game slate focus on the AL East battle between the Toronto Blue Jays and Tampa Bay Rays, and we highlight a slugger from this matchup who has hit four career home runs in a small sample size off the opposing pitcher.

My best home run bets today also take fliers on Fernando Tatis Jr., George Springer, and Aaron Judge at potentially juicy payouts. A $10 parlay on all four sluggers going yard would pay out over $2,500 in profits.

⚾ Brandon Lowe (Rays) to hit a home run ⭐⭐⭐

No batter in any of today's projected starting lineups has hit more home runs off the opposing pitcher than Brandon Lowe, who has homered four times in just 17 at-bats against Blue Jays righty Chris Bassitt.

But Lowe has not taken an all-or-nothing approach when facing Bassitt, as he is batting .588 with 10 total hits (and six extra-base hits in all) in this split.

Lowe snapped a 13-game home run drought with a three-run blast against Toronto on Tuesday. Breaking that drought bodes well for his chances of hitting a home run today, as he is a streaky hitter who tends to produce long balls in bunches.

To end August, Lowe hit three home runs in a four-game span, and had a different streak of four home runs in six games (and five in eight games) earlier in the month.

Bassitt has not allowed a home run in his last 16 innings, but he still ranks in the bottom half of the league in barrels and xERA.

Before September, he had allowed five home runs combined in his previous two starts against divisional opponents, which makes Lowe’s 22.73% implied probability to homer a great value play based on FanDuel’s +340 odds.

That is where I am headed for the best payout, where a $10 winning wager would net $34 in profits.
