Tucker has been absolutely massive in his first year with the Chicago Cubs, as he ranks 12th among hitters by fWAR and 13th by wRC+. He and Pete Crow-Armstrong form arguably the best outfield duo in baseball.

For his part, Tucker is registering the best batted-ball data of his career, and based on those numbers, it doesn't appear he'll slow down from the torrid pace he's managed through his first 55 games.

Tanner Gordon is expected to take the hill for the opposing Colorado Rockies, and he's actually done quite well to limit the long ball this season. However, that doesn't seem especially sustainable considering he doesn't induce a ton of ground balls and gives up plenty of hard contact. I'm expecting some regression tonight based on that.
