Every season Raleigh has been in the majors, he's increased his dinger total, and this year he's on pace to take it to a completely different level. The Florida State alum had smacked 64 balls out of the park in the previous two seasons, and is on pace to hit more than that this season alone (67). 

Raleigh went yard twice yesterday against the Los Angeles Angels and is positioned to do it at least once more with Tyler Anderson on the mound for the Halos. Anderson has given up 11 home runs already this season, the 10th-most in the American League, with opposing batters smashing his four-seamer.

The lefty goes to his four-seamer 39.7% of the time, per Baseball Savant, but is allowing a .534 xSLG. Meanwhile, Raleigh has a .541 xSLG against four-seamers and a 44.6% hard-hit rate, plus he loves hitting against southpaws.

Raleigh is hitting left-handed pitchers harder than right-handed pitchers this season, with a .662 SLG and eight homers in 77 at-bats against them. Big Dumper should have every opportunity to add to his MLB-leading 26 home runs this afternoon in Los Angeles by ripping the seams off of one of Anderson's fastballs.
