After a massive win over Alabama, Oklahoma is positioned to make a College Football Playoff push, something Missouri was hoping to do too prior to losing QB Beau Pribula for the season. With the Tigers starting freshman Matt Zollers and leaning on their run game, led by Ahmad Hardy, scoring won't be easy for Missouri against a defense ranked No. 5 by SP+. But the Sooners' offense hasn't looked all that hot either, and John Mateer might have a hard time getting in a rhythm against an underrated Tigers defense (No. 16 by SP+) with a vicious front seven.

🔮 USC vs. Oregon early prediction
🦆 Oregon -7.5 (-110)
This is one of the biggest games of the season, with the winner essentially punching its ticket to the CFP and the loser likely headed for a bowl game with a goofy sponsorship name. However, this old Pac-12 rivalry shouldn't live up to the hype with the way USC has played against quality opponents. Lincoln Riley's offense is electric, but the Trojans have gone 3-5 ATS against Power Four opponents. Meanwhile, Dan Lanning has Oregon ranked No. 4 by SP+, with an offense capable of exposing USC's lackluster defense, thanks to Dante Moore, and a defense set to be one of the Trojans' toughest matchups.

Since Arkansas fired Sam Pittman, interim head coach Bobby Petrino has gone 0-5 ... completely wrecking his shot at getting the full-time job. The Razorbacks should add another L to his record when they take on a Texas team that can't beat the elite teams in the SEC, but can certainly pad its stats against the bottom dwellers. Arch Manning has looked far more competent and recent weeks and should be able to pick apart an Arkansas team ranked No. 88 by defensive SP+. And while Taylen Green has been electric for the Razorbacks, this Texas defense is one of the best in the country. Arkansas is just 3-5 ATS since Week 3.

Our best college football betting sites aren't giving Tennessee enough respect with this spread. Are the Volunteers having a down year because of poor defense? Yes, but their three losses have come at the hands of three teams in position to make the CFP (Oklahoma, Alabama, Georgia). Florida, on the other hand, lost by 31 to Kentucky just two weeks ago. Even if DJ Lagway can take advantage of the Vols' defensive problems, I don't see him keeping up with Joey Aguilar and Co. Tennessee is ranked No. 5 on offense by SP+, while Florida is No. 71. The Gators are 2-6-1 ATS against FBS teams this season.
