💰 Best Ole Miss vs. Oklahoma player props
Our college football player prop odds tool shows the best odds for every market across legal sportsbooks in your area.
⬆️ John Mateer player prop: Over 258.5 passing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Oklahoma quarterback John Mateer was once atop the Heisman Trophy odds leaderboard, but has seen his passing yards total decrease in four straight games. The latest two yardage outputs of 202 versus Texas and 150 (a season-low) versus South Carolina seem to stem directly from him being rushed back from midseason surgery on his hand.
I am buying low on Mateer’s passing yards total entering this week, given that Ole Miss could not stop a nose bleed against Georgia last week. Bulldogs quarterback Gunner Stockton completed a season-high 83.9% of his passes and turned in his second-best QBR of the season (96.9). The Bulldogs also scored on all eight of their possessions (five touchdowns and three field goals) excluding kneeldowns.
The Over is juiced to -117 at the high end of the market. But the best potential return is through FanDuel’s -114 odds, where a $10 wager would net $8.77 in profits if Mateer throws for at least 259 yards.
⬆️ Kewan Lacy player prop: Over 72.5 rushing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Last week’s game against Georgia was billed as an unstoppable force meeting an immovable object. Ole Miss’ 505 yards per game average under head coach Lane Kiffin was an FBS-best since 2020, while Georgia’s defense under Kirby Smart allowed the second-fewest yards per game (300) in that same span.
By competing more in the time of possession battle, I expect a bounce-back game from Ole Miss running back Kewan Lacy after his 31-yard performance last week. In addition, look for Kiffin to call for a more balanced offensive approach after attempting 36 passes and 24 runs against Georgia.
I am headed to FanDuel for this wager, where its -114 odds at a 53.27% implied probability would net $8.77 on a winning $10 wager.

🔥 Isaiah Sategna to score a touchdown (+110) ⭐⭐⭐
The Ole Miss rush defense has come on strong over the last few weeks, which is why I am targeting an Oklahoma pass catcher as my best touchdown scorer prediction.
Over the first three games, opponents rushed for 195 yards per game while Ole Miss created plays for zero or negative yards on 16% of attempts. And in that span, the Rebels allowed six rushing touchdowns. But over the next three games, the Rebels held opponents to 121 rushing yards per game and two touchdowns on the ground, while upping their percentage of zero or negative yards runs to 24%.
Isaiah Sategna hauled in Oklahoma’s only passing touchdown last week, and has four total touchdowns in the last four games. He is the only Sooners pass catcher with more than two receiving touchdowns, and his 493 receiving yards are 129 more than his next-highest teammate’s.
There is a sizable difference in value between FanDuel’s +110 odds and the -110 odds (carrying a 52.38% implied probability) through bet365 at the opposite end of the market. If Sategna finds the endzone for the fifth time this season, my $10 winning wager would return $11 in profits.
