⬇️ Under 55.5 (-105) ⭐⭐⭐

It’s difficult to imagine Week 1 going worse for Oklahoma State. Starting quarterback Hauss Hejny went down with an injury and is expected to miss significant time. Joining him on the injury report are center Kasen Carpenter and defensive end DeSean Brown. While the Cowboys did manage to notch a 20-point home victory over UT Martin, it feels like an empty win.
Those injuries have helped move the opening spread for this game from Oregon -23.5 to -28.5, but the total hasn’t ticked down in response. After opening at 58.5, it still sits at a generously high 55.5. That means Oregon’s projected total has increased from 41 to 42 while Oklahoma State’s has fallen from 17.5 to 13.5. I hold serious questions about whether the Cowboys can get to that number.
Further, it’s unclear whether the Ducks will even want to reach the 42 they need to score to push this one Over. Head coach Dan Lanning may opt for a more conservative, slow-paced game script after his Ducks get out to an early lead, especially against an injury-riddled team captained by a legend of the sport in head coach Mike Gundy.
The total hasn’t dropped enough yet, so bet the Under on 55.5 for -105 (51.2%) at BetMGM for a $9.52 profit on a $10 bet. Get this number before it dips further.

⬇️ Dante Moore Under 242.5 passing yards (-114) ⭐⭐

Oregon quarterback Dante Moore won’t need to do much for the Ducks to win this game. He may not even need to do that much for them to cover.
Oklahoma State is surely demoralized after the laundry list of injuries suffered last week at key positions. While the Cowboys will doubtlessly surrender plenty of points and yards to the Ducks, it’s unclear how long Lanning will need Moore to throw – or even need him to play.
Lanning was happy to sub out last year’s starter Dillon Gabriel during multiple blowout wins to preserve him. Moore may need the reps, but the Ducks could be content to stick with the ground game like they did last week, even if the starting signal-caller remains in the game.
Moore completed 78.3% of his throws for 9.3 yards per attempt and three scores against Montana State in Week 1. But since Lanning only let him throw 23 times, he totaled just 213 passing yards.
Expect something similar this week. Back Moore for under 242.5 passing yards at -114 (53.3%) through FanDuel for an $8.77 profit on a $10 wager.

🔍 Oklahoma State vs. Oregon odds analysis
The spread for Oklahoma State vs. Oregon opened at a sizable Oregon -23.5, but the injuries to Oklahoma State have been pushing that number all the way out to 28.5. I wouldn’t be surprised to see it keep going beyond the key number of 28.
It took a bit longer for the total to move accordingly, but that's now dropped from 58.5 to 55.5. That implies a total of 13.5 for Oklahoma State. It's a low number, but it may still be generous for this matchup due to the injuries. The downward movement will likely continue.

How do college football odds work?
When betting on college football, the point spread shows how many points the favorite needs to win by in order to cash the bet. For example, a favorite of -3 must win by more than 3 points to cover the spread, while an underdog at +3 must win outright or lose by fewer than 3 points to cover the spread.
Moneyline odds represent the payout for picking the outright winner (+200 means a $100 bet wins $200, while -200 means a $200 bet wins $100). Over/Unders let you wager on whether the combined total will be higher or lower than the set number.
