It’s time to dive into my Georgia vs. Florida player prop bets for our college football picks series! This year’s rivalry game is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 1 at 3:30 p.m. ET (ABC) from EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Fla., before taking a two-year hiatus from Jacksonville.

Georgia is only a 7.5-point betting favorite for this matchup despite coming in at No. 5 in the AP Poll. Make sure to check out the rest of our college football predictions for Week 10 so that you don’t miss any winning plays, including the below pick for DJ Lagway.

  • Gunner Stockton touchdown scorer prediction: (-110 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

💰 Best Georgia vs. Florida player props

⬆️ DJ Lagway player prop: Over 240.5 passing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Florida parted ways with head coach Billy Napier heading into this game, leaving interim head coach (and wide receivers coach) Billy Gonzales to take the controls. At his introductory press conference, Gonzales discussed a desire to both “spread it out” and “play fast,” both of which bode well for the passing offense and quarterback DJ Lagway.

Lagway is averaging only 216.1 passing yards per contest right now, but that number flies all the way up to 277.5 when we look only at his four SEC games. With Georgia’s defense not playing as well as we’ve seen it play in previous years, allowing 263 passing yards to Trinidad Chambliss, 276 to Ty Simpson and 371 to Joey Aguilar, I’m willing to roll the dice on Gonzales and Lagway.

Back Lagway for Over 240.5 passing yards on FanDuel for -114 (53.3%), which will give you a solid $8.77 profit.

⬆️ Zachariah Branch player prop: Over 52.5 receiving yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐

Wide receiver Zachariah Branch has finally asserted himself as the top dog in this receiver room following back-to-back weeks as the leading receiver. He posted 71 receiving yards on eight catches in a shootout versus Ole Miss and 57 receiving yards on nine catches in a comeback versus Auburn. Georgia is favored in this one, but quarterback Gunner Stockton will keep feeding Branch.

This line feels a bit too low, largely due to Branch’s up-and-down performance. He tallied just 18 yards versus Kentucky and 35 versus Alabama. Still, with 69 yards versus Tennessee, I think the 52.5 is on the lower side of his range of outcomes, so give me the Over. Branch is averaging seven receptions per game, which is more than enough volume to make this wager extremely attractive.

Lock Branch in for Over 52.5 receiving yards at -114 on FanDuel.

6️⃣ Best touchdown scorer prediction for Georgia vs. Florida

🔥 Gunner Stockton to score a touchdown (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m not a narrative-based bettor, but if you listen to Gunner Stockton talk about his family’s connection to this rivalry, you can’t help but expect him to step up on Saturday. The signal-caller is averaging exactly one rushing touchdown per contest with at least one in every win versus an FBS program, and Saturday should be no exception.

Although Florida’s defense is solid, it’s vulnerable to mobile quarterbacks. USF’s Byrum Brown proved that early with 66 rushing yards. The only SEC quarterback to have actually found paydirt versus Florida so far is Marcel Reed, who scored on an eight-yard run in the first quarter, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see Stockton do something similar.

You can find Stockton’s anytime touchdown scorer odds at -110 (52.4%) at DraftKings, which is enough to turn a $9.09 profit on a $10 bet.
