Out of those 3 I'd say Berdych is the safest. MJMS has been in blazing form lately and while I'm ignoring Venus' struggles in the Krumm match because Krumm was playing like Graf in the 1st set, Venus is still returning from injury so I'm not 100% confident in her yet against a strong player. Roddick's Roddick and I'm no longer willing to take him at this price unless he's playing a scrub. His price was much higher when they met a couple of weeks ago at Queen's so there's no way I'm touching him now at $1.20. Yes he should beat FLo but I think it's going to be a serving exhibition and you just never know how luck plays out in tiebreaks and close sets. I'm going to take the Over 3.5 sets in that one.

Keep in mind though my posted bets have been basically dreadful in the first round so take what I'm saying with a grain of salt

Good job with Malisse! I really should've just jumped on also instead of bailing yet again. At least I made up for it by live betting Cetkovska for a little bit but it still sucks. I need to just bet everything I like and have no regrets.

I actually have Muller +9.5 -238 sitting in my betslip trying to decide if I'm going to go for it, maybe stick him in a parlay or just skip it. Two lefties going up against each other, one with an amazing serve when it's working and the other who has overcome his one real flaw and developed a very strong serve to become #1 in the world. And Muller does well against lefties but it's not like this is a normal lefty.

Simon I think has a decent chance to cover as well but I'm going to stay away from this one. Grass isn't the preferred surface for either of these guys and Simon was down a break in each set to Sela before coming back. And his performance against Roger-Vasselin was woeful. If ERV had been a bit higher class of a player, Simon would've been out in the first round. He blew many breakpoint chances and that's a worry. If DelPo's serve is on, Simon's going to struggle unless he makes him run his ass off. I've picked Simon to win on TI for a bit of cash purely because the odds are wacked.

Yeah, it's kind of been the story of my life the past 2 weeks. Lose by a game or even by the 0.5. I just try to remain philosophical about it all. The lines are what they are for a reason and books know what they're doing. And even though it's depressing as hell, I keep reminding myself that I've also won many bets by 0.5 or 1 with the handicap so I'm going to hope it just balances out. But yeah, it does suck balls when you're going through it at the moment like I am
