Yeah this is why if I play this late in tournaments, I lower my unit size. It's a serious crapshoot and the lines get tighter although I still think for the Soderling match they were way off. You never know which version of a player will show up - especially when there's a major tournament for both the men and women next week.

Definitely need this rain to go away although I'm starting to think they may just call it for the day.

FUK I have both Raonic and Anderssen and both matches suspended

. I rarely bet tennis and this is the first instance I have ever had this happen... do the wagers just continue into tomorrow? Are the wagers voided or is it totally book dependent? Also... EFF YOU to the umps in the Anderssen match.. I was watching the stream "Too dark" my ass. The announcer even seemed surprised.

i just can't bet on soderling, he is just playing like shit, thx good i went on del potro today.
that's true man...take a day off or lower you unit size, that's probably the smartest thing to do.i should do this yesterday, but i forced some of my plays, and got unlucky and got burned.

although, just wanted to wish good luck to all in here.

I think all the Raonic bets will be winners. One thing about Simon seems to be he doesn't consistantly get his serve going. I've checked stats and seen him serving at like 40% through a good portion of a match. You can't give away serve points to an opponent like Raonic, who has already mastered getting the points on his serve. One break because you hit 4 straight 2nd serves is all the BSD needs.

The Simon that played Berlocq yesterday would have rolled through Raonic. This Simon isn't gonna cut it. He may get owned by Raonic in his career because of his inability to serve on a consistant basis.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Soderling has been in the French Open final twice. Defeated by Nadal last year, and defeated by Federer the year before.

I know practice is practice, but I think Cuevas has a good chance of taking a set from Potro, but doubt he'll win.

I might take Not J.M.del Potro In 2 Sets for +144

Increasing my chances of winning instead of getting value from Cuevas ML.

I also got Raonic, but got him at +160. Man I need him to come thru tomorrow since MLB fukked me so bad today. I'm never betting MLB again. That sport seems to hate me lol...

I also really like Lucy Hradecka -160 tomorrow for the ladies Tennis Barcelona. She's simply the better player and should win this match in 2 sets. Worst case scenario, 3 sets.

Hey guys - sorry I was missing the past couple of days. My son jacked open one of my cupboards somehow and cut his hand on a bowl he broke so we've been in the hospital and then the dr today. It's all good now but I wasn't really at my computer much and when I was, I definitely wasn't looking at tennis.

Going to take a look at the women now. Not touching any of the men's finals. Hope everyone had a great weekend and best of luck with your plays

I would love to hear your insight on the Shuai Peng match and Julia Goerges if you have a chance. I locked in Peng at +125 and Goerges at -185 which is high juice but I saw quite a few books offering her at -200.

You ask me about 2 of the screwiest matches today!

Peng: Franny's the better player obviously and loves clay. But she's been complaining for ages how tired she is and there's no way for me to know if she's rested now. If she is, and is ready to start her run for the French, she wins. I can't back either of them here though. She's too much of a fighter for me to go against her with someone like Peng and Peng, although good, doesn't give me enough confidence to back her in the hopes Franny's still tired.

Goerges: I'd feel more confident taking her if she wasn't playing Kanepi. Even though this is the kind of match that's normally easier for me to pick a winner - one player has been posting decent results, the other player has injury concerns and it's their first match on clay - Kanepi is dangerous as a dog. I was debating taking Kanepi +3.5 but I just can't take the risk that her Achilles Tendon issue is sorted now so I'm staying away. If she's still not fully healed, Goerges should win. If she is, this is going to be a close match either way.

Hey MrGambler - ignore my Mayer pick. That's solely for the contest. I didn't even take it on TI - haven't looked at that match for more than 5 seconds and I'd never get involved in it either way.

I'll most likely be against you on Niculescu. She had great form last week but I'm hoping she's a bit burnt out now. Scheepers is in good form as well and I'll be hoping she can wear Monica down.

Mannarino I haven't looked at to be honest.

Looks like I made the right choice having a nap instead of paying attention to the Mattek-Sands match. Would've been a bit of a crazy one but I hope at least someone who looks at my thread made some cash live betting her.

Didn't make near as many plays as I usually do on the 1st day but I didn't really like a lot so I'll take my little 2-0 with a smile. Hope everyone made some great money today
