* This is maybe the 3rd time I've posted a bet over 1 unit since the start of the year. And for those who follow my thread, you know I very, very, very rarely lay chalk like this. I DO NOT advise other people to put 3 units on this play as I have. I'm just being honest with my bets.

Vesnina, although a crazy Russian, is so far ahead of Luz in every aspect that unless Vesnina plays after swilling 3 litres of vodka, this bet should hit. Even after the vodka she'd probably still cover this for me. Normally I love looking at the dogs or at least investigating if they could cover the handicap and keep the match close. I can't see even the tiniest hope of how this is possible unless Vesnina injures herself and refuses to retire. But she's no Nadal - if she's injured, she'll be off the court so quickly that my bet will be void. AGAIN - DO NOT LAY 3 UNITS IF YOU'RE TAILING ME.

Bet365 usually has them as well but you need to have a funded account there, so if you don't - just Google the 2 players you want to watch and you'll usually find something if there are cameras on the court.

Hey Shari, I was curious what site you bet these tennis matches at. I have Bookmaker and they don't have all the matches. Suggestions?

I'm in Australia so I use Sportingbet, Centrebet, Bet365 and BetFair. Although all of these lines today were from Sportingbet because I didn't have time to shop around. If you're in the US, 5Dimes is very good for tennis.

my 0.02 - thegreek is a good book for tennis. however, they only offer sets betting & handicaps for quarter/semi and finals.

i am not betting too much lately,, but see no reason why you pick benenetau over bagdathis, yes i know baghdatis is in a slump of latley about 6 straigh losses but he is tons better player than benentau, and must start a nice wiining run in this tournament...my only bet of the day i on the chipriota. best of luck to you shari, regards, rafa.

Hi rafa - I did receive your PM. I'm just seriously behind in answering them today. As for Benneteau, I play what my stats tell me to play. I don't like playing French players and again today two of them screwed me over, but I'm trying to bet less with my heart and more with my head. This works for me in the long run or else I wouldn't be + units and have a + winning %. I will be fading Baggy and Hanescu again in their next matches, and will never back Bartoli again.

Thanks Ruff. I've also bet a few first set correct scores on this one so I'm basically at the point where if this under doesn't hit, I seriously need to re-evaluate some of the way I calculate percentages because that means something has gone very wrong. All the best with your bets today

same happens to me in the past,,, i hate to bet in french players cause they are so unpredictable,,,,for them the day before means nothing,,they do not have the guts of argentinians, or even yr fellow players, and spanierds,, anyway you better than nobody else knows how difficult is to bet on tennis,,,, i just quit gambling for a while,,,now i want to conduct this as a business ,,better to bet than invest in stocks, i guess.....good luck for you and best wishes for yr little one....

Maybe its because I'm young but when I play scrubs like this I like to wipe them off the court (6-0, 6-0) and try to get a golden set if I can.

And yes stc, I imagine I'd feel the same way. You'd want to get into your groove immediately and just start hammering your opponent so you're prepared for the next round.
