Is anyone watching this stupid Davydenko match? I just need this turkey to win the bloody tiebreak so my +5.5 covers by the hook. Instead it's currently 11-11 and neither of them can close the set out. So ridiculous

Ok, as soon as I posted that Davy finally won 13-11. I should try that more often.

Haha - I was thinking about you actually in that tiebreak. I was going to feel terrible if the first time you tail one of my plays it lost by the hook, especially when my 6 bets before that won. Would've been crappy luck but I'm glad it worked out for both of us!

It was just a frustrating match to follow on the computer.

Not sure. I translated part of an interview for TI that said he felt fine, wasn't injured, etc... Glad I stayed away from that one though. I wouldn't have picked Dodig for the win, that's for sure.

I've also had a pretty amazing run on bases and everything the last few days. Nothing huge, just consistent.

Also - I picked Stosur solely on numbers. I don't feel 100% about this bet based on her performance this week but I'm not convinced by Vera's either so I'm going to let stats rule this time.

Well I took Davy instead of Monfils. There was no way in hell I could play both of them on the same day and still be sane at the end of it so I went with the non French affair. Right now Monfils is up a set so hopefully I don't regret this later on.

I was thinking the same due to Monfils performance at Monte Carlo last week. He let me down going into the Qtr. finals.

She's a shocker even when she wins. The positive thing is that she's done this to me several times - but when I've bet against her - and then she comes back to win the damn match. I'm not turning it on yet though because I know I'll just get frustrated.

You can't beat Vera when she only allows one break point. Stosur had her shot to even this damn thing in the 2nd & gave it back.

Melzer could have won this match already if he had been able to hold Montanes' breaks. Let's see if he can close the damn set out finally.

Yeah I think you're gonna need a big bottle of wine or a triple shot of Vodka or something to get through the Davydenko match too.

Not digging this 3rd set with Stosur. She's not getting much on Vera's service games now.
