#5433You ever played tennis Pavy? You have to have tremendous endurance. If he was going to tank, he could have just lost in two easy sets. Fixed you could make an argument maybe, but doing this poorly for the last half of a match .... just poor endurance, mental attitude.Comment -

Pavy, not even close. If you honestly believe that in this match, you either need to watch more tennis or learn what playing a tough match last night followed up by one the next day can do to your body. I've seen you make that comment before about tennis players and I've never bothered to dispute it but I've always disagreed. Clement tried his ass off in this match - he ran out of steam and got his ass whooped in the end by the better player on the day. There was no fixing or tanking involved. The guy is playing at home on Centre Court. The worst motivation for tanking/fixing and the worst possible scenario imaginable considering all of the attention Clement would have on him in this tournament.
Sometime's a bet's just a losing one, plain and simple.Comment -

#5439I played tennis it's not as hard on the body early in the week. If this was a final game and he had 4-5 games already in his feet in a short week I can see why he is gassed. But this guy can't get gassed after 1 hr of playing tennis after cruising before. Since he hasn't won a game after he got the lead in the 2nd set maybe he is injured and doesn't want to retire so that those on the fix betting Verdasco can cash their tickets.

#5442[KNOXVILLE CHALLENGER] MATOSEVIC -125
Aussie vs. Aussie as he takes on Guccione. Matosevic is definitely in better form this year. Guccione's serve will either keep him in the match or kill him. Matosevic is solid vs. lefties, 10-0 this year on the Challenger level including an August win over Guccione.Comment -

#5443Your OVER 22.5 is going to cash.
Nice analysis on that match, you were dead on about each player dominating their own serviceComment -

#5444Yeah slipped it in. I always get nervous on the last service hold needed to cash it. Seems like I have gotten screwed a lot on those last ones.
Challenger play will be cancelled. Matosevic withdrew.Comment -

#5445I'm on Minar.
And Salamanca/Berlocq double.
Need these after a TERRIBLE day.
Had a Kohly/Stepanek/Nalbandian parlay, Kohli is on my banned list now, fukked me over loads.
Also had Clement single, where he just tanked.
Also Marchenko single, dominated.Comment -

#5447[ACHEN CHALLENGER] RAM +140
Ram draws the talented Grigor Dimitrov on carpet. Ram is the defending champion here and Dimitrov is another guy who seems a bit worn out potentially at the end of a long season. The youngster also has just a handful of matches on this surface at 2-3. Ram also has only about a half dozen matches on the carpet, but is big serve was a huge difference maker here last year. The better serve wins today and that could be Ram.Comment -

#5458[PARIS] MONACO-DJOKOVIC OVER 21 [-120]
Monaco has always been one of those under-rated guys in my mind when the scene switches to hard surfaces. He's often lumped into the South American contingent as a clay courter. His form since October certainly says otherwise with a semifinal run in Shanghai and a win over Murray in Valencia. He has few issues with Sam Querrey in his opener and should be able to keep the match with Djokovic tight if he serves well. Djokovic played well in Basel and smartly took some time off. He should be fresh, but much like last year here when the two played, he might let Monaco at least keep close long enough to push this total. Last year's ended 6-4, 7-5 Djokovic.
[PARIS] LJUBICIC +100
Think the quick surface in Paris will help the Old Man keep his service game short and sweet which is always good for him. Wawrinka scored his first win on this Paris indoor hard court in three tries with the win over Ouanna. He's been okay on the surface, but two of his last three wins came against a powerless Andreas Seppi whereas Ljubicic will pose a much stiffer challenge. Old Man River has also taken several weeks off prior to this event, so his legs will be about as fresh as possible at this stage. If he serves well from the get-go, I think it's his match to win.Comment -
