#165Yeah I'm just miffed that the best matches are on when I have to be asleep. I went to sleep at 1am my time when it was 2-2 in the 1st set of Blake-DelPo. Hopefully the weekend offers as good a selection when I can stay awake!
Think James Blake's season will be defined by his next tournament. He should have a confidence boost despite losing, but will his head allow him to know that? Stay tuned. Lots of nice lines tonight Staco. Gotta whittle it down to 2 or so plays for later.
Nice pick on Henin by the by. My best play yesterday was Serra, but I decided not to go in on it. He won, but it was another marathon.Comment -

#167Who do you guys like tonight?
I am hoping for an upset in the Wozniacki or Venus williams match. I have to much on Serena Williams outrights for my liking and I thought I would be able to easily hedge out at some point to make a profit but Pinnacle isn't posting any "player not to win lines" which I thought they would have as the tournament went on and I can't use Betfair to hedge it out because I am not verified for the australian wallet so can't bet on this tournament with Betfair. If I can't do anything with this bet I may just have to hope Serena gets to the semi-final or finals and bet the opposite player at that point. Definately wasn't thinking this through when I put alot on Serena hahaComment -

#168Wow, I can't believe Blake was so competitive in the final set, I fell asleep right as it seemed clear DelPo was going to clinch the fourth, and apparently Blake still had some fight in him. Would've been a bet for the ages if Blake had won.Originally posted by StraitShooter90% of the guys dont give a shit about your problems..and the other 10 are glad you have them..Comment -

#169It was a crazy match but with Blake you always figure he will find a way to screw it up.Just shows how big the mental component is in tennis when you watch matches like this. It was amazing how much difficulty Blake had holding serve when he was up a break but when he wasn't up a break Blake would have an easier time holding the serve.
Do you have any plays for tonight Rogue?Comment -

#170Ones I am looking at tonight, but doing more research before deciding:
Ferrer +115 (Baghdatis): I think the price might even get a little better as I expect the public to back Baghdatis perhaps more than they already have.
Montanes -140 (Robert): I think this is going to be the hot chalk bet for today for a lot of folks because of Montanes recent play and the fact that no one knows anything about Robert. If the price is pushed even more chalkier, then I will definitely pass.
Hajek +450 (Youzhny): This is all about trust and I don't trust Youzhny. Plus how much does he have left after the Gasquet match? Hajek is a clay court guy, but he bounced Ginepri - who runs hot and cold on hard courts - easily. Worth a long look.
Haas - 125 (Tipsarevic): I've always loved Haas' fighting spirit in Slams. Haas got creamed in the Kooyong exhibitions and looked like he needed that first set against Greul to get going. He rolled after losing the 1st set. Tipsarevic is also a good fighter. This is a toss-up, but I like Haas' experience if he's "right."
As per usual, the ladies don't interest me much at this stage of the tournament. Suarez-Navarro at plus money is about all that tempts me any there, but she's still shaky at times - but certainly as proven last year can run deep in this tournament with the right breaks.
Men's chalk parlay that I think might hit: Kubot & Montanes.Comment -

#171Nice leans Eagles. I've been looking at fading Baghdatis all tournament. He has played well coming in but he isn't the same player he was a couple years ago. He was favored at over -1000 in his first round match and I thought that price was way to high for an inconsistant player like Baghdatis. I can actually see this match being a 5 set battle that could go either way so will probably pass on that one.
I am liking Haas as well. Both players are inconsistant but Haas is the better player so the odds of Haas as a slight favorite are fair. I think I may take this play as well.Comment -

#172As expected, public pounding Baghdatis. He's now -150, Ferrer at +130. Gonna wait about another hour to pull the trigger and see if I can't maximize the value on Ferrer. I can see Baggy getting even more support still. Haas steady at -125 remains my likely 2nd play. Montanes at -150 now. Think that's an easy -160 or more by match time.Comment -

#174Djokovic not playing to well right now. 3 bps against his serve.I believe Djokovic has already broken Chiudinelli and was broken back once already. Could open up Federers side of the draw huge if Djokovic lost tonight but i'm not going to get ahead of myself here. Just the first set
Ivanovic having some trouble with Dulko. In a tiebreak now that Ana has a minibreak in which means nothing in womens tennisComment -
