I was capping the final tomorrow and I saw that Lucic actually already played in the final at Strasbourg, the only WTA final she has ever lost (2-1 record). But what is amazing is that that match happened 19 years ago, she lost to Graf. Wow, I have never seen that before. It will be interesting to see how she does against Garcia tomorrow. Normally these two like the overs: both have had issues closing out matches and sets. However Lucic has been playing well lately winning mostly at 2-0, but then again Garcia at home might open like she did against Cibu in Madrid, i.e. with a 8-0 game run or so.
