    Is this common casino practice???
Well i bet a lot and play quite a lot of poker but i almost never gamble in casinos unless there looks like to be some nice promo for free spins like this looked like.

This is not about the money since i lost only 10€ is more about learning if this all casinos practice so i adopt and dont repeat mistake

    So here is the story:
    1. I played: Sunday Festival Hangout – Sunday’s @ 20:15 CET

We are giving away extreme value in our Sunday Hangout tournaments as we are giving away more than 6700 Free Spins in Casino Red with the winner alone walking away with 240 Free Spins. Spin for free for you chance of becoming a millionaire.

    Tournament prize pay-out:

1: 240 Jack Hammer Free Spins
2: 200 Jack and the Beanstalk Free Spins
    3: 150 Gonzo’s Quest Free Spins
4: 100 Hall of Gods Free Spins
    5 – 30: 100 Fruit Shop Free Spins
    31 –100: 50 Starburst Free Spins

    Tournament buy-in: $1

Link probably wont be up long but here it is:

    2. Won 50 Starburst Free Spins
    3. Played them and won 4€ bonus
    4. Since i cant lose anything(o boy i was wrong) i ofcourse played till i lost those 4€.
    5. Check account and i have 9,47€ restricted and have to play at casino much more to withdraw or i can just cancel them which is basicly giving them money

Mistake i made here was clearly i should withdraw all my money than actually i would be playing with bonus money as i should anyway in my opinion. The thing i dont get it how i have 9,47€ restricted while it should be only 4€. Support wasnt really helpful

So lesson learned is withdraw all money before you are playing with "their" money. Suggest you do the same

    Have a nice day
