This book is starting to scare me. Brought in money for the derby won a decent amount and now just trying to cover rollover. They were good the last time I was them but things have gone down hill. Biggest concern being Jon was always very responsive on this website and now appears to be no where around. The juicy bonuses and rebate is also a concern. Not sure how a book can give away 20% of their profits in a business like this unless they are just trying to build deposits. Hate to use the word ponzi, but....

Having good CS is nice, but how often do you really need good CS? If the site works properly, I probably call my book no more than once a month if everything is running smoothly. I'll take a good book w/ poor CS over a bad book w/ good CS anyday of the week. What good is it to have good CS if their website doesn't work.

Jon, would love to hear a response anytime now. You guys deserve to give your customers at least an explanation.

IMO, BetIslands is trying to move forward to fast. They are forgetting about what made them a good book in the first place: reliable site, good CS, and a working website that never is down. Stick to what made you a good book. No need to expand and try to upgrade the site. Just called and a new lady answered (wasn't amy), sounded like I was calling a phone center in India. She wasn't helpful at all, she basically said that the site was down and if I don't want to place a bet over the phone then there is nothing else to say..... Some great CS right there.

I am extremely disappointed with the CS I have received today. There is no way of getting touch with Jon and no one is willing to help. I was lied to saying my *********** payout was shipped and I was going to receive it today. I go on the live chat and Amy tells me that it was not shipped and will not give me a reason. She says Jon is the only one that can help and he is not there. Why was I told that it was shipped when it wasnt? Im so pissed off with the CS and it has been sucking really bad as of late. On top of it all, they dropped my limits all the way down to 50, and you cant even find out why. Im very disappointed with all of this.

Obviously this is a DDOS attack. It makes perfect sense, they move out of a building and what a better way to sabotage someone's business than by DDOS'in the site during peak times.

The thing that pisses me off is at least come on and acknowledge the problem. Give SBR something. Give the loyal users some kind of response. This won't end well if the silence continues, I can just see the mass withdrawals already happening.

I have played at D rated sites that have 2-3 mirror sites in case of DDOS attacks. This has the ****** up M&M sports going back to the .ag domain. Site won't even acknowledge it is busy, it's like someone unplugged the cord now.

yeah pretty annoyed they are down again as I want to hedge / scalp a game (royals) and they are down. But I did get paid one time in the past 2 months since I've been a member and they were super fast. I wouldnt worry about your money being safe. Just sucks their site seems shakey at best lately.

This is just a tech problem. With techies learning on the job. Is that good? No. Is that reason to kneejerk? I don't see why. (As to Max, when a book is in financial trouble the writing is on the wall a long time before the crash).

Everyone should really relax, taking the website down at night would make no sense if they were planning on running. Think about it, what would they gain by that? It makes people nervous and suspicous, but if they were gonna run with the money they would make everything seem normal to keep getting deposits, then they would start getting slow on the payouts. I got a payout this week in 3 hours. This is obviously a computer system issue that their having, you can still call in bets and i'm sure this will be taken care of. Once they can take care of this they'll be able to focus on the CS and other things. Everyone loved them so much, and then we all turn in a few nights. People need to stop panicking. If people panic it's gonna cause a run on withdrawals, which will cause them to start really hurting and leave all of us without one of the last books we have that still pays!
