Bet770 player submits withdrawal dispute
A Bet770 (SBR rating D+) player tells SBR that he attempted to make a withdrawal of €280 after verifying his account with ID documents, but that in the last three months Bet770 has not processed the payment. The player states that he doesn't know what to do. SBR is following on the sportsbook dispute.
On November 25th, 2011, SBR reported that Bet770 cheated a player on a soccer wager. A player made a £15 soccer wager using a free bet on the match between Nordsjaelland and Midtjylland. The wager type was a halftime/fulltime bet. In a HT/FT bet, a team must win both the first half and the game. In the player's wager, the team he backed won the first half, lost the second half and won the game. When the punter noticed he was credited a loss instead of a win, he contacted the sportsbook to settle the market properly, but Bet770 refused to acknowledge the error.
