Basically both parties are full of shit. This is a dead issue and people should just let Cory keep posting since it makes himself feel better. He knows as well as most rational people that he will never see a cent. Also Easystreet has made it to football season which likely means they will be around until at least the Superbowl (probably longer). If anyone is coming to Cory's defense they have to acknowledge the bullshit from both parties. Before you even come to his defense.. how many claims have you filed against Sportsbooks? Personally I have done this since 2001 and never filed a single complaint.. 2 complaints in a matter of a couple months. Lou also brought up the deposit issue with Northbet. How is any of this relevant? Whether or not Cory sued EZ or **, or contacted the FBI, is irrelevant to EZ having scammed Cory. That he didn't deny doing prior chargebacks isn't relevant, either, as no book offered any evidence he did chargebacks. I've never denied doing chargebacks either.Comment -
I was just taking your quote about other places offering proof of chargebacks. I am just trying to get across that neither party is credible at this point because neither party has proven much of anything. Obviously rehashing any portion of this is a dead issue. Northbet offered up evidence to SBR lou regarding shady deposit tickets and no book will ever be able to post anything about Cory on SBR (which is probably a good thing) or I would have posted what little information I found a long time ago. Even posting his name gets me an infraction. Frankly it doesn't really matter.
The FBI, Lawsuit (including M.G. according to Cory), insults, they all lower the persons credibility and character. Hey great I am just saying that while Cory may be frustrated saying everything he has said is just as laughable as me saying Easystreet is an A+ book.

I just don't see it in PACER (the official system you use to search active court records in the U.S. District Courts) If in fact you filed it today (which I assumed you filed it several days ago or weeks ago according to previous posts) Also you forgot to add TheRX and M0neygram. If it hits the PACER system and I see a PDF obviously you are 1/4 on the claims which is more than I figured.
I understand the frustration and the obsession and the time you spend on this. I know your overall goal and outcome, but just ask yourself how far you are willing to chase this? I mean they would likely just open up under a different name in a few months and problem solved. I mean you do realize that you will not receive any monetary compensation at this point right? I mean anyone can file a civil motion relatively cheaply even without an attorney.

First of all... there are several issues that are wrong with the preliminary papers for the courts.
First and foremost... It says Money's Due To Cory or Earnings several times in these documents. The court will want to know if these are sweepstakes, lottery, or gambling money owed to him. Once the court figures out all the facts that come into play... This US Court will throw this case out becaues it's "gambling" related. And because these "gambling" earnings aren't regulated by any state's jurisdiction (USA for that matter) it will be thrown out. This would be the same principle of shooting dice in a corner with a buddy... he doesn't pay you... how are you going to get the money? You can't sue him... because unlicensed gambling is illegal.
Secondly, this attorney out of Nevada must be on a 50% contingency to even waste his time on this. Not only he's trying to hit a Home Run on this case... I feel he's going to be caught looking... out on strikes. He's just crossing his fingers that this was worth 2 hours of his time drawing up these documents.... to get any portion out of this judgement.
