BBD. If you remember, one of their reps came on here 2 months ago and said they were moving to a new facility in Costa and would be upgrading there software and adding NT and MB at that time.

Unfortunately, none of that has happened and repeated emails to them to discover what's going on with that have gone unanswered. Several folks on here were gonna give them a shot when these moves were completed--but the rep never came back to explain the delay.

I am also a potential BP player---after the software upgrade and the addition of NT and MB.

Interesting sports book.

I hope they will offer Moneybookers or Neteller deposits and withdrawals in future.

And of course they should offer accounts in currencies other than USD.

On their page it seems they offer other currencies but when I had e-mail conversation with them they always wrote of USD transactions by Money Gram and Western Union only. Therefore for now I won't play there.

I have been meaning to give BetPhoenix a try, but just never did for some reason. Maybe I'll deposit a few dimes after the first of the year, and check'um out.

By any chance do you know if they ever started doing book-to-book transfers yet. If so who do they do them with?

I thought I would provide some feedback regarding my wagering experience at BetPhoenix.

I signed up at BetPhoenix in late October after seeing that they had a decent B- rating in the Sportsbook Review rating guide. I made a moneygram express payment deposit and they reimbursed the transfer amount and the fees and they gave me a 25% freeplay bonus. There was a 4x rollover requirement on the deposit amount and any freeplay winnings and a 2 week hold period of the deposit. I subsequently made another reload deposit and received the same 25% freeplay with 4x rollover.

I have requested 2 cashier’s check withdrawals by express delivery and was very happy when I received each withdrawal within 3 days on my request. This is much better service than I receive form some A rated sportsbooks that take over a week to deliver a cashier’s check. I have just requested another withdrawal today and am confident that I will have the check within a few days again.

I cannot really report much about the customer service because I have not needed the customer service for anything so that is a good thing. I place my wagers online so I have nothing to report regarding availability to place phone wagers right before gametime. I communicated by e-mail when I requested my withdrawals and everything went smoothly.

BetPhoenix has -105 lines on all full game sides and totals. This is great and I find a lot of value here since the reduced juice often results in them having the best line available for a game. They also offer a wide selection of bet options which I really enjoy since I like to wager on a lot of different bet types. They offer quarter lines for all 4 quarters of football games. You can wager on the total points scored by one team to go over or under. They also offer prop wagers such as which team will score 1st or how many yards will a player have.

So I have certainly been happy with BetPhoenix. Quick payouts and good wagering value with many bet options are very important to me and they have met my needs in these areas.
