BWIN has blocked my account and does not give money

Hello. My account on bwin: valahag29. On the account was approximately 2700 USD. I have ordered money for payment. Bonuses from the account did not receive. Brought the deposit on moneybookers (for some times, all nearby 700 USD) and wished so to receive a prize. However workers bwin have blocked my account and refuse to return money without explaining the reason.
I called in BWIN by phone, but it has not given result to me. Has asked to give me the written answer.
After that on email I have received such message:

    Dear Mr Garnik,

    Thank you for your e-mail.

Your account has been closed for security reasons and will not be re-opened. Please note that we cannot comment on the grounds of the closure, and are not entitled to.

Thanks. Forgive if I not so clearly write to you. I use the Internet the translator. I have filled the form of the complaint and have sent. I from Ukraine. Let you does not surprise, recently there was a similar theme about blocking of the account to the citizen of Ukraine. But Russian-speaking forums nearby 40 persons write about similar larceny of their money. And how many the person which do not talk to forums. I think from them many will write in SBR. From the account I did rates on sports. The account at me one. Has ordered a prize, has loaded the passport on BWIN. In 4 days of an abacus have blocked. I have written from a site bwin and on me a week later have answered that the account is blocked definitively, money to me will not give, thus have not specified the reason. I have called in Russian support service BWIN and spoke 10 minutes with representatives BWIN. The most interesting that he has refused to tell the name and knew just the account is blocked, and for what did not know. Also said that at us the good company and it is simple so accounts do not block. After that my friend from my name has called in the international support service BWIN. There have promised to learn more in detail about the reason of blocking and have sent me the letter. Its maintenance has already written in the first message

I feel sorry for all BWIN clients, because this company ignores the right of inocence at all!!! I had a friend who they said he entered 06 (June) instead of 07 (July) as the month of birth, but all the rest info was ok and they blocked and robbed him!!!
I think for company like Bwin (Real Madrid sponsors) it's a big shame that they take only 100 euro or equivalent money as a maximum stake per game! Really poor company and after all these complaints I am starting to believe they can rob you even if you are the president of the USA.

i think its a part of a great fraud. bwin and betoto with the 'excuse' of fraud by close accounts by the thousands. of course they close one account with money in them and only if you win. very suspicious. interpole should get involved. they cant do that. try ecogra.com

    Suprise!
I wonder why some bookies don't give deposit bonuses to certain countries.
    Must be a reason, huh?

There is only one reason: bad bookie - weak odds.

Or scammers are more prevalent in certain jurisdictions. Just like courtsiders in tennis often come from certain jurisdictions.

The shame of it is that those scammers cast the shadow of suspicion on the accounts of their countrymen.

Agree, but still the book, closing your acount and saying you should know your sin yourself is a shit-book!
And btw, don't you think that 100 euro is a joke, but not the bet?!

So, for me, from recent times, limits and payout reliability are the main criteria of a solid book. I don't want to waste my time on all the shit, this time has gone! )))

I don't work for Bwin or SBR, so I can't give you an answer about the 2700$.
Did your friend submit the complaint form to SBR?

    Good luck!

How come me and my surebetting friends in Sweden never had any kind of problem, what so ever, with Bwin?

Okay, the payouts are a little slow. 1-3 days, when other bookies like Pinnacle, Bet365, Expekt, Ladbrokes, Bet24, Betsson, Betathome, Betway, Eurobet, Nordicbet, StanJames, Unibet, VictorChandler etc only needs 20 mins up to 10 hours.

Bwin is one of the best. Best bonuses, reload bonuses, bonus shop, often good limits, good odds and the range of markets is very good (much better than Pinnacle).

I can wager up to $10k on a single day.
    Bwin is the shit!

I think that handbook men consider what countries for them the most favourable, profitable. To these countries also are ready to give the big bonus. To the profitable countries a bonus at all do not give

Agree they choose which countries will make them have a high profit. Ofcourse from that country who will give them a high profit they will give them a extra bonuses or benifits for the company to gain more money.

Not that it matters much but i also read creepy stories about Bwin, despite never had any probs with them. I posted an episode it happened to me on Bet365 and the only thing i've won so far is the pleasure of posting my story for everyone who wants to read. It wasn't a large amount, some 100€ of the bonus but nonetheless i expected some more feedback, especially from Sbr.

As for Bet365 i only want one thing from them, as i told them on email, and that is :

    Distance.

I think you all should give some credit to this but it's up to you really.
Sad for your lost money and sad to read that comments like "Oh yes, it must be a ucrainian problem, we in Sweden never had those". Believe me, those who talk in this manner may one day have a serious problem and certainly won't like others laughing or mocking you for being Ucrainian, Chinese, African or Latin.

Stay safe and good luck to all.

The account on the former is closed. Justin to me has informed that the account will be accessible only after I will send the document confirming my person printed (the international passport or driver's certificates). I did not receive these documents. And Bwin does not consider the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for the document of that the document part is filled "by hand". As though I am guilty in that what give out in Ukraine passports. I all the same wished to receive the driver's licence, here in it now and I am engaged. We will look that they then will tell

Bwin's request for an "international passport" doesn't seem unreasonable.

What you're calling a "Ukrainian passport" is only in Ukranian/Russian, not recognised outside of Ukraine and a couple of other countries (like Belarus) and doesn't comply with international standards. It's basically an internal identity card, not what most people think of as a "passport".

An "international passport" is what almost all other countries simply call a "passport". If you want to travel overseas, you'd need one anyway, and most of the big European bookies would require this "international passport" version as ID.

Hopefully it doesn't take you too long to get the proper government ID, and get access to your account and funds.

I am am revolted very much with the relation bwin.com to clients. Until, as I have addressed in sbr, to me in general н spoke in what a problem. Only the account is blocked and the decision money not to give is accepted. You consider it normal?
Concerning additional documents I can tell one, at bwin there is a Russian-speaking support service and until recently to them was not притензий, and now at Russian-speaking forums about bookmaker offices on bwin turn offended which have closed accounts and with them do not communicate.
I stake about 5 years. And I did not face cases when block the account of that at me the Ukrainian passport

they just closed my account too afer making 3 or 4 bets and after providing the documents they asked for creditcard copy and a valid ID (ID from the Netherlands and a ********** ) they informed me my account was permanently closed and my funds "frozen" as to the reason why they refer to a large section of their conditions. where i can't find a single reason as to why my account might be closed.

Piratematerial, do you live in the Netherlands? I thought online sportsbetting was only legal with one nationalised company (De Lotto)? (Have things changed since Betfair lost its legal fight to operate online there in 2009: http://www.egrmagazine.com/news/4249...tch-govt.thtml)

to my knowledge its illegal to offer any gambling endeavor in the netherlands except for the state owned ones. which might be in conflict with european regulations but that's a headache for lawyers. Ultimately it will be very hard for this to hold up.

however taking part in them is not necessarily illegal, definetely never enforced. Ladbrokes won't take me as a customer however and i think pinnacle stopped taking dutch people as well. most books do take us though.
