Hello. My account on bwin: valahag29. On the account was approximately 2700 USD. I have ordered money for payment. Bonuses from the account did not receive. Brought the deposit on moneybookers (for some times, all nearby 700 USD) and wished so to receive a prize. However workers bwin have blocked my account and refuse to return money without explaining the reason.
I called in BWIN by phone, but it has not given result to me. Has asked to give me the written answer.
After that on email I have received such message:

Your account has been closed for security reasons and will not be re-opened. Please note that we cannot comment on the grounds of the closure, and are not entitled to.
