    It appears for me to be a browser issue..I can log in with Edge, not Chrome...Who knows what's going on..I wish they had a phone number ..Emails are a headache...The last response is they're glad I was able to log on..

    deleting temporary files might fix it.

    Or just closing the browser app and restarting it

    Correct that did fix it.. One of the several emails that i got from them mentioned they saw I had been having problems with the geo location. It further stated that was the reason I was having issues logging on and that it's not related to my internet provider but my wi-fi signal.

    Just glad it hasn't happened since my original posting date, but expect it could easily if something to do with a wi fi signal
