Getting only an unknown error message for Logon

It appears for me to be a browser issue..I can log in with Edge, not Chrome...Who knows what's going on..I wish they had a phone number ..Emails are a headache...The last response is they're glad I was able to log on.. -
deleting temporary files might fix it.
Or just closing the browser app and restarting it.Comment

Correct that did fix it.. One of the several emails that i got from them mentioned they saw I had been having problems with the geo location. It further stated that was the reason I was having issues logging on and that it's not related to my internet provider but my wi-fi signal.
Just glad it hasn't happened since my original posting date, but expect it could easily if something to do with a wi fi signal
