Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission

Has anyone ever filed a complaint with Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission?

Did they do anything about your complaint? Or just ignored it?

They have been quite helpful with both SBR and directly with people complaining about Bet2be recently.

    Complaints and Dispute Resolution

You can be confident when gambling at UK-licensed online casinos since the Gambling Commission takes all complaints very seriously. The UK Gambling Commission's complaints procedure is detailed on the linked page, and their contact details are here.

    Complaints and Dispute Resolution

The Malta Gaming Authority handles all gambling issues for Malta-licensed gaming companies. Players who are experiencing a problem or dispute that cannot be resolved with an online operator licensed in Malta can lodge a complaint directly here. Alternatively players can contact the authority via telephone on +356 2546 9191, but they do advise submitting complaints in writing first.Unfortunately experience has proven that the MGA is little more than a paper tiger that takes a very hands-off approach, and will inevitably encourage players to settle their differences with the casino directly rather than intervening. Players that do run into problems with a Malta-licensed casino are advised to post in our help forum for further advice specific to their individual case.

    Complaints and Dispute Resolution

The Kahnawake Gaming Commission handles any disputes or complaints that arise between players and gaming companies itself. If you need to contact the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, you can use the form located on this page, or the following contact information:P.O. Box 1799
    Old Malone Highway,
    Kahnawake Mohawk Territory,
    Quebec, J0L 1B0, Canada
    Fax: +1 450 635 1139

    Complaints and Dispute Resolution

After the e-gaming crash left the Isle of Man with no gaming companies, they relaxed requirements for a while in an effort to attract new business, which wasn't in the best interest of bettors. However, the standards have become more strict in recent years, and Mann is proving they are serious about fair gaming with the creation of the Gambling Supervision Commission. Due to the improvements and implementation of a gambling commission, depositing at a Mann gaming company isn't much of a risk.If a complaint arises with a Mann-licensed operator, people can contact the Gambling Supervision Commission byfilling out a complaint form available here and emailing it to the address listed on that page.Mann-licensed operators must also abide by decisions made by IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service)which acts as an impartial adjudicator on disputes that arise between gambling operators and their customers.

    Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Though Gibraltar only gives licenses to top quality gaming companies, complaints still arise. And when these complaints arise, people can take them to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority. This commission handles complaints between players and gambling companies, reviews applications for those seeking licenses, and sets up the framework for gaming laws. With the Gibraltar Regulatory Commission in place and the strict requirements that companies must operate under in Gibraltar, people can deposit their money with confidence in Internet casinos that operate under this jurisdiction.

    Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Despite what their seemingly strict requirements for obtaining a gaming license would indicate, Curaçao takes little interest in player/casino disputes or mediation. In fact, their official dispute resolution procedure consists of telling the player to sort it out directly with the casino! The result is that the quality of operator running casinos from Curaçao varies wildly. This is the main reason that we do not regard Curaçao as a first class online gambling licensing jurisdiction.CIGA does not even offer an email address at their website. If you want to contact CIGA, you will need to either mail a letter to them or fax their office. Here is their contact information:CIGA
    E-Commerce Park
    E-Zone Vredenburg
    Curaçao Netherlands Antilles

Fax: +5999 736 0631
Alternatively you can try contacting Curaçao eGaming, which is the master licensing authority for gambling operations in Curaçao.

    Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Customer complaints involving companies operating out of Antigua and Barbuda should be leveled at the individual operator first. If this doesn't resolve the issue, customers are asked to contact the aforementioned Directorate of Offshore Gaming and make a formal complaint. If a complaint makes it to the Directorate of Offshore Gambling, this branch will review the complaint and investigate it if necessary. Once the Directorate of Offshore Gambling has completed their investigation, they will get back to the customer with a ruling.

    Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Major complaints and other issues that players have with Alderney-licensed companies are usually solved professionally. The Gambling Control Commission has a formally documented player complaints procedure which is accessible via their website. With the commitment Alderney has to making themselves accessible to gamers and the strict requirements on companies operating there, we regard Alderney as a top class regulator in the online gambling industry. There are few safer jurisdictions for you to risk your money at while playing online.

Really JJ? IOM gaming commission is probably one of the highest rated licence providers around. A certain amount of their policies are now used by the UKGC with their new licensing regime. The most prominent of which is that players funds are held in a separate account and should be safe if the company were to go bust.

The IOM gaming commission state that they can force legitimate payments through, should the bookmaker be stalling or arsing around.

In my experience they were quick to respond, and are also willing to help unlike most license providers.
