    Bet365 issue! Please help!!!!!!!!!!

    Hello.

    I have joined Bet365 about 3 weeks ago. I have deposited a significant amount of money using their ***** option. They requested all of my documents which i have been more than happy to provide. My account was briefly locked until they reviewed the documents. 24 hours later i was notified that my account was FULLY verified and that i was good for deposits and withdrawals. Everything was going fine i was able to make deposits and place wagers. I did a lot of losing, unfortunately.

    On Friday December 28th, I had no more money in my account. I simply went to the store to purchase some more ***** vouchers so i could make a deposit. I decided to buy AROUND $3500 worth of ***** vouchers. When i got back to my house i placed some wagers and i improved my bankroll to just over $13,000. I was also playing in a $350 heads up sit and go poker tournament which i was about to win. All of a sudden it logged me out.

    I contacted customer services to notify them that i was about to win a poker tournament and it logged me out. They stated to me my account was "suspended" and under review. I was transferred to a supervisor who kindly requested that i send in ALL my ***** vouchers that i have EVER used. I simply stated to him that it was pretty much impossible since i usually throw them out. I informed him that i only have the $3500 worth of vouchers that i had just purchased. He stated to send those in.

    I have since sent those documents in and was awaiting a reply. Today i called in once again after not hearing back and i was transferred to the verification department, They stated to me that my account is under "investigation" and they cannot provide me with any information. He continued to ask me where the additional 5 vouchers were. I kindly stated that i no longer had those vouchers as they were in the garbage. He told me to go "find" them.

    After numerous hours of arguing and going back and forth he told me i will be contacted within the next 48 hours for a "update". At this point not only have i deposited a significant amount of money but i have won all of it back and more and they have blocked my account. I am quite frustrated as i have done nothing wrong whatsoever. I appreciate any advice or assistance from anyone!

    Hello Jaykis,

    It's been 23 days and on going for me & still under review. It's getting a little ridiculous i am not sure if i am going to get my account back or my money or what? How did you deposit? Why did they freeze your account? Also, i have not received their MAGICAL PVC in the mail its been almost a month.

    Thanks for the reply, I have already filed a complaint and spoken to you guys on numerous occasions and you guys keep insisting to wait for the "review" to be completed. I have not been given a time frame from BET365 whatsoever. I am in desperate need of my funds as well. SBR has been NO help whatsoever. It's getting pretty ridiculous now.

    Not specifically but had some KYC issues with them and wanting a code they posted to me when I work away!

    Its not about KYC also, my account was fully verified and after that, i was able to place bets. I also confirmed this from them. I deposited via neteller coz we can not deposit from our credit or debit as they are not allowed to be used on betting sites

    i place a bet at my friends house and the horse won at 4/1 paying 1000 pound and then i placed another bet with the bonus the gave of 200 pound and it won on the same horse 1000 pounds.so totalling 2000 pounds .and now the refuse to pay me bonus.because of ip adreess has been used to to open accounts before.so the stop my bonus win.now my winnings is 1000 pounds and now the saying the going to forfiet my bet.which is beyond me and give me my 200 pound back.can any one help me

    I do not think anyone can help you if you made your bets form the same IP used by someone else to open an account - Bet365 will probably say it is a bonus abuse case

    I have $13,000 I threw away my vouchers when I clearly should've known I would've needed them at cash out-idiot
    Oh no I got limited betting a couple thousand live play OBVIOUSLY.. Go to pinnacle and enjoy all of their live play and hope to make a profit ...

    365 have become a nightmare recently with KYC. Accounts that were previously 'fully verified' being locked for no reason and then when the customer takes the time to contact 365 they are simply told "account under review" or "Verification request from another department thats all I can tell you". Then 365 ask for the PVC which most likely was never sent as they often don't send them and then and only then might you be lucky enough to get the account reopened. Seeing a lot of this from 365 recently and it really is poor for a supposed 'market leader'. The least they could do it allow previously fully functioning accounts to continue to use their accounts and just block withdrawals until the 'issues' are resolved.
