28 days ago the 9th of April I made an pay out transaction from Stryyke to my bank account. The money 900 EUR was taken from my player account immediately but I haven 't got any money.

I've got no answer at all from Stryyke when I've mailed them 4 times about my withdrawal. Now I just sent my complains to the new address issues@stryyke.com and hope it will help.

these THIEVES took 600 Euros of my winnings and recently they told me the reason was that I didn´t meet the rollover conditions ( which is not true obviously) and they told me my moneybookers account would be credited with my initial deposit (246EUR). Now they processed 221 EUR on my account, and i was wondering where´s the remaining 25 EUR. And they replied: Service fee. Hahaha these guys are nothing else but a BIG SCAM. I was 2 months waiting for my 855 EUR payout and this is the result. One advice: take your money to another bookie, fast!!!!!!

I requested a payout of 319.50 Euros on 29 December 2009 and am still awaiting payment!!

After about 3 months, Stryyke finally responded to my e-mails to claim that they had already paid the money into my account. Quite deliberately, in my opinion, they changed one of the digits on the account number they claim to have paid it into to delay even longer (despite me having provided the correct account number - with screenshots from my Stryyke account to prove it). The last I heard was about a month ago, when they claimed to be in processing payment "in the next few days", which as usual has proved to be a lie.

After some initial help, I also stopped receiving replies from SBR. The Maltese LGA are looking into this for me but I still have no money!

This casino will steal your money - do not risk your money by depositing with them!!

Read the whole thread but in brief contact LGA, try calling them everyday and sumbit an SBR complaint form. Generally be patient with those thieves!

stryyke locked my account. They wrote first:
"Our betting risk management detected fraudulent activities on your betting account.
For security reason, your account has been temporary locked for further investigation.
We kindly request you to provide us your ID or Passport with photo, your last bank statement showing clearly your name and address, recent utility bill."
I sent all documents and they answered:
"According to our Terms & Conditions 4.8, our betting and risk management took the decision to keep your account frozen. This decision is final."
Stryyke gave not any concrete example, not any concrete accusation!!!
I won and I lost few bets on this account. Won bets mean for stryyke fraudulent activities?!!!
Take your money to another bookie!!!

I'm in the same position - why people haven't asked me for my proof of bets placed and the email STRYYKE sent me quoting the wagering I had to do I don't know. It gives me the impression nothing is or will do done.
