even the mehtod chosen. Unfortunately, in certain casees, we obliged to perform also certain KYC.Your payout is in proceess, it is our prior to speed the procedure to satisfy your reuest as soon as possible.You will be informed when the transfer is done. Like a lot of people here.. I also have problems with Stryyke. I request a payout on 9th of February. Till the moment I did not receive it. Worst, they stop answer to my emails. Can you help me?
I submited a Complain but I did not receive any answer. Maybe the field "account #" was not well filled. What should I put there?

#611This is a joke. I received message from Stryyke, I quote:
"We still need to confirm your address and need you to send me your most recent copy of a bank statement clearly showing your name, address and the date. You can block out any information on your transactions as we don’t need to see these.
If you don’t have a recent bank statement then you could send me a recent copy of a utility bill such as landline telephone, electricity, gas or water. Looking forward to receiving your documents in order to complete the verification process of your withdraw request.",
when 2 weeks ago I received this message from Stryyke, I quote: "Please be sure the money will be transferred to your Moneybookers account as soon as possible, no more documents are required". These guys do it everything to delay withdrawal my moneys.Comment -

I am having difficulty getting money from Stryyke as well. I tried to withdraw my account balance of Euro907 on 25th January and have received nothing. Each time I contact their customer services I am fobbed off with a standard message about KYC checks. I filled in an SBR complaint form a couple of weeks ago but have heard nothing from them either.
Does anybody have any advice or will I just have to sit and wait?

Hi all I am new to the forum, i requested a payout of 616.90 euros on 11/12/2009 and still have not recieved anything, it has know been 14weeks! i refuse to give up but all i get from strykke is the same message that it will be processed soon, i have filled in the complaint form with sbr but nothing has really moved forward, i dont know what else to do other than continually pester strykke with emails, if anybody has any advice i would be grateful, how strykke can still be allowed to trade is beyond me, it is a disgrace.

This site is just ridiculous and a big scam, hope people will realize this...

Now they have added me this 400€back to my bet account, and now i have made a new payout request, but i have not much hope that i will recieve my money!!
