They used to answer the phone at least...
Now, there is this girl answering the phone saying that she is not working for Stryyke and so there is nothing she can do...
Mr Heil, or something like this- he is never at work?? Is he getting paid???!!!
Come on Stryyke, get serious and tell us when are we gonna take our money eventually...

I received an e-mail yesterday. They finally procceded my payout of 922 euros.

I requested for the withdrawal of money 500euros at 25.02.2010 and 250euros at 27.02.2010 from my stryyke account to the moneybookers account and still don't have money yet on account. I filled official complaint and I don't know what can I do else? Please help me. Sorry for my English.

even the mehtod chosen. Unfortunately, in certain casees, we obliged to perform also certain KYC.Your payout is in proceess, it is our prior to speed the procedure to satisfy your reuest as soon as possible.You will be informed when the transfer is done. I have the question and to be grateful for answer. What mean "KYC" ???

A Stryyke update was published today. Stryyke has stated four players were paid of the 13 outstanding SBR cases. I've written the players to confirm.

If anyone has an issue w/ Stryyke and has not yet done so, please file a sportsbook complaint form.

Stryyke withdrawal problem

Hello,
Like a lot of people here.. I also have problems with Stryyke. I request a payout on 9th of February. Till the moment I did not receive it. Worst, they stop answer to my emails. Can you help me?
I submited a Complain but I did not receive any answer. Maybe the field "account #" was not well filled. What should I put there?

This is a joke. I received message from Stryyke, I quote:
"We still need to confirm your address and need you to send me your most recent copy of a bank statement clearly showing your name, address and the date. You can block out any information on your transactions as we don’t need to see these.
If you don’t have a recent bank statement then you could send me a recent copy of a utility bill such as landline telephone, electricity, gas or water. Looking forward to receiving your documents in order to complete the verification process of your withdraw request.",
when 2 weeks ago I received this message from Stryyke, I quote: "Please be sure the money will be transferred to your Moneybookers account as soon as possible, no more documents are required". These guys do it everything to delay withdrawal my moneys.

Hi all disgruntled Stryyke customers,

I am having difficulty getting money from Stryyke as well. I tried to withdraw my account balance of Euro907 on 25th January and have received nothing. Each time I contact their customer services I am fobbed off with a standard message about KYC checks. I filled in an SBR complaint form a couple of weeks ago but have heard nothing from them either.

Does anybody have any advice or will I just have to sit and wait?

Strykke problems

Hi all I am new to the forum, i requested a payout of 616.90 euros on 11/12/2009 and still have not recieved anything, it has know been 14weeks! i refuse to give up but all i get from strykke is the same message that it will be processed soon, i have filled in the complaint form with sbr but nothing has really moved forward, i dont know what else to do other than continually pester strykke with emails, if anybody has any advice i would be grateful, how strykke can still be allowed to trade is beyond me, it is a disgrace.

I wrote to them, please write the exact day when I get cashes Stryyke written off:

Your request is being currently reviewed, please be sure the withdrawal
will be processed as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience.

With this scam bookie, LGA is the only solution if you want to get your money, but be prepared with stryyke you have to be patient and try to annoy them every day by email and phone calls if you dont want to lose your money

I am waiting for payment from 1634Euro 18.11.2009 I wrote a complaint and in the SBR and LGA, but I do not how it helped! Strike on my letter does not answer. I have less hope of getting their money ((

I requested a pay out of 919 euros on the 27.07.2009, and still nothing has been done, i emailed stryyke like 10 times always getting the same answers as the other guys on the forum...

This site is just ridiculous and a big scam, hope people will realize this...

Hy guys. I made a payout in May 2009 ( 400€) and there is still no money on my bank account. I have mailed them but the answers were always the same.

Now they have added me this 400€back to my bet account, and now i have made a new payout request, but i have not much hope that i will recieve my money!!

Nobody can understand this but I also do not understand why the rating of this bookie is D and not F, i would rate them Z- if possible. I have never seen worse company like that
