#281It's at Heritage. They honored the wager but it was cancelled to to a stale line where it hadn't refreshed in 9 minutes.Comment -

#282I wonder if they graded it by normal Euro hockey rules, which doesn't include overtime.Originally posted by Gio21
It's at Heritage. I am waiting for their reply on the situation
Give their CS people a chance to fix it first but you can also PM Heritage Insider through the forum..Comment -

Sounds like Heritage these days.
To just not honor a bet and not even bother to tell you why.
Well at least now they have told you they have the right to arbitrarily not honor your bets, and you have the choice to get out without being ripped off now.

#286Are we talking about a stale line, or more like an "obvious" error?Originally posted by Gio21

#290They have always been one the "smartest" about player management. About the most positive thing I can say is they are obviously trying to survive. Fingers crossed they have a plan to get back on track. You could try PMing Heritage Insider and asking if he can get you paid a little faster.Originally posted by Foosball Champi am in a slow pay situtation where i am receiving 500 dollars every 3 weeks..Comment -

#291Same here, though I’m limited to only $250 per payout. I tried to ask Heritage Insider for help a few weeks ago with no response.Originally posted by Foosball Champi am in a slow pay situtation where i am receiving 500 dollars every 3 weeks.
For the record, I’m in a loss position there.Comment -

You drop in here proudly saying you have never not paid any legit customer. How about trying to back that line up?!.Comment -

#295So is anyone getting paid recently? Seems the consensus is Heritage has been circling the drain for quite some time. I have an account with them which has been dormant for over six months and won't be making a deposit considering the negative publicity they have received from their clients.Originally posted by Foosball Champhavent received any payment in over a month now. not responding to emails. i did direct message Heritage Insider but no response.Comment -

#296Hi everybody,
Heritage always pays each and every client, there are no complaints about us not paying a single customer. In regards to Wagerweb, we no longer share a relation with them since July 2025.Comment -

Considering we have hardly heard a bad word about Wagerweb since that time, and also considering we have heard nothing but a constant stream of complaints about Heritage since then...
Maybe Wagerweb is the best choice for those that used to like Heritage to switch to..Comment -

#300A lot of bad word on the "other" forum regarding wager web slow pay. Appears they've limited most everyone to a $500 a month (if that) payout. Their cs seems pretty ridiculous too, calling users "low priority" and saying they broke TOS for using oddsjam lmaoOriginally posted by Optional

#304I had previously left a 1/5 review on Trustpilot, but that issue has now been resolved, and I have upgraded that review to 4/5. I thought I would relay that information in case anybody cares.
Heritage just completed a payout for $6555 to pay off my balance in full. This is a return to the form I have come to expect in my experience with them the past 10-15 years. The payment was in response to a dispute (detailed at the bottom) over the amount of rollover I owed which had dragged on too long. Was that situation a series of honest mistakes on their part or something less innocent? I couldn't say for sure. At this point, I don't really care. The rollover in dispute was spread out over a few years, so maybe they didn't look back far enough or were referencing more modern rollover requirements.
Original Complaint:
A few years ago, I deposited $5000 and I opted to take the 10% deposit bonus. I opted to take that 10% bonus because the rollover for such a small bonus at the time was not that large. I don't remember what that rollover was exactly, but I remember clearing such 10% bonuses fairly easy a few times before, even on $5000 deposits. At any rate, rollover was 5x absolute highest. My wagering volume dipped after the deposit, but I chipped away at it over time. In November of 2025, I asked for a rollover update. Don't quote me on this, but I vaguely remember maybe $6,000 to $8,000 in wagers yet to go. On 4/8/2026, after a number of wagers, I asked for another rollover check. I was told I was at $26871/$55130. Since this figure made no sense, I checked my previous messages for the previous rollover figure. The messages I wrote were still all there, but all the responses had been inexplicably replaced with nothing more than "This message has been closed." For the next 3 messages, I ask to have the responses to my previous tickets restored. I get told IT will look into it, but after 11 days - nothing. Instead, Heritage doubles down that my rollover was $26871/$55130. I remind support that the typical 10x rollover they currently impose for 100% welcome and 50% reload bonuses does not apply to the 10% bonus I took a few years ago. Heritage responds and changes the rollover to $27565 (5x). Since I had fulfilled $30871 by this point, I requested a payout and detailed the situation in the message so that Heritage would not make another mistake. The payout was cancelled saying only that rollover was incomplete. I contacted support. They now tried to claim I had only completed $20,371 of my rollover. I corrected them and warned I would go to Trustpilot. Support said I made no wagers since my previous message the day before so my completed wagers must still be $20,371. This is where I was when I made my original complaint.👍 1Comment -
