All Heritage and Wagerweb Issues

I know. It's like a slow death of a thousand cuts they are circling the drain so slowly.

Hard to believe the day would come when this group would turn into a $500/mth, if you are lucky, garage level shop. Sad.

If they string people along long enough to get Football season deposits to catch up the arrears, will you be risking them any longer Mike?

They probably should go the way Sportsbook did and go private and consolidate to just the players they want and can manage profitably.

Pissing so many people off isn't a winning long term strategy even if they do get back on track.

ABSOLUTELY. I just joined wagerweb a few months ago due to the fact that they have solid ratings everywhere I looked. I obviously would not have if I knew about these recent payout issues. I should have looked at these forums earlier.

It seems their senior customers remain unaffected based on Mike's feedback. However, at this point, unless things change dramatically and quickly, my goal is to withdraw my balance and move on. (which is less than $3K) But that could take 6 months to a year the way things are going if it's going to take 30+ days to get a $500 max payment. I was starting to think this is a scam book since I'm still waiting on my first payout from May 12th. (16 days)

Optional - Do you recommend I just keep waiting and hope for the best? I don't know if SBR can reach out to the book on our behalf knowing they probably don't want to have too much bad publicity from their customers.

It's more than just Mike. I've had other long term customers let me know they are still always paid in normal amounts, up to $2500 per request I think for most, and fast too.

Makes me wonder if the operation has been split and newer customers are owned by different management. Would explain why Heritage Insider seems to want to ignore all your type of complaints. Which is not his usual style over many years.

As far as what you can do. I think you have little choice to just wait and take the dribble of payouts as they come. I'd stay polite but persistent and keep at them every couple of weeks.

Make sure you submit a complaint form to OSGA to ensure they are fully aware how many are being treated like you are. I'd post my issue at bookmakersreview.com as they have a closer relationship with Heritage than SBR does. And I'd probably reach out to that Gambling911.com site who has been doing good work with some other offshores.

I do think you will be paid in the end. Just in their timeframe. One positive thing about their payout strategy is that it does suggest they plan to be around for the forseeable future. I doubt they would take this approach if an exit was planned.

Having some issues here with payouts. I have been with Heritage for 15 years and never had a issue, but since the new site design weird things have been happening. They are slow now, it used to be same day if u requested a payout by the cut off time. However
now they stall you. I will keep everyone posted on this one I just requested, hopefully it goes well. I like having them in my rotation of books so I got my fingers crossed.

Edit: Paid Same day on Sunday, def was worried about them after a couple of 72 hour slow pays, but back to same day this go around. Requested 9:57 AM ET, in my wallet at 7:30 PM ET

Hey all, its been a while since Ive posted. I won about 33k from Heritage and i am awaiting my first payout. They used to happen same day but this one didn’t. Ive played here for years I hope I get paid, but it seems like its going to take a while. Is there anyway to get large payouts anymore??

They deemed my casino winnings as a miscalculation and emptied the account minus a couple knicks finals champ futures. Im sure i have no recourse and they wont let me see the evidence that it miscalculated anything. Can Heritage Insider explain this to me ?

Nothing specific. Just blamed it on an upgrade issue but wouldnt say anything else.

i have tried to talk to the customer service reps , that never gave me any specifics on how exactly it was miscalculated. I could bet and lose on the game so it wasnt that. Just some transparency with what happened would go a long way. I had 16k in the account and then I had zero. Ive lost trust with heritage and i dont believe that if I hit it big that I wont just have issues again.

I'm going on 5 weeks now waiting for my first payout from wagerweb. They keep telling me that everything is fine and that I'll receive it by "today or tomorrow" when I call in each week. But no payment ever gets sent. I'd prefer they just tell me that they can't pay anyone until football season deposits come in rather than keep lying to me each week if that is the case.

UPDATE: Wagerweb FINALLY paid me today! It took 37 days but I just received it. I"m requesting the next one now (I'm limited to $500 per payout). But at least I got paid! Honestly, such a relief to know they do pay, it just takes quite a while.

Heritage have backed and given credibility to the Wagerweb brand for a long time.

They don't just get to cashout and hand the userbase to people who don't pay and just wipe their hands of any responsibility after all those years of Wagerweb profiting from the association.

This is 100% Heritage's doing and still their responsibility, whatever they claim now.

Who knows if anything Heritage says is true anyway. Could easily be the same people just deciding to bilk clients and make up an excuse.

Heritage isnt doing this Wager Web and Heritage are 100% Two different companies. I'm not going to bat for Heritage as you and I both called these scums out.

I would avoid WagerWeb for sure. I deposited around 2k, made a few bets, had a $4k balance and they offered $500 max payouts at a time. I got a few payouts that took a while (a week or longer), then they cut me to $250 max per payout. I have over $2k pending and they refuse to pay. It's been months (I started the process of cashing out back in late April), and their support is worse than useless. They're rude, condescending, and they claim that they have no way to escalate my request, and just tell me to email the "payout department." I've emailed them about a dozen times and had exactly 0 replies. So if you're lucky you get freerolled, basically. If I lost, I get no refund. If I win, I might get my original deposit back in small chunks over several months. What a nightmare. Never play here.

I also reached out to Heritage to see if they could possibly help and they let me know that they do not have any ties with WagerWeb anymore.

Before that I had an account with Heritage, and the overall experience was good, but that was years ago.

It's very hard to guess how the future is going to be for Heritage. They are smart operators and appear to be consolidating so it could be fine but I think reality is there have been troubling signs for quite a while already and nobody knows for sure right now.

I’m going to take a chance I guess. It’s very hard to bet up here in Canada as the one legal sports book in my province has crappy odds. I like heritage for their markets on football and I feel like there’s nothing similar
