It's been a long time since I last used Betagame, but they used to be very good when Will was running it. I think they recently got taken over by the Americas Bookie group. Did you have issues with that group of books in the past?

I stopped using them after they confiscated a close friend's funds. Guy lost about 4k. Same reason as Ksherm. Said he was colluding. I'm sure he wasn't. They call me from time to time with offers. It's not worth playing there. Much better options. Too bad. I did like the quick payouts and good customer service when I was there.

I forgot to add they limited me and took away a bunch of my betting options. Typical moves for a 2nd/3rd tier book. Fast payouts are great but who wants to play at a book that only wants losers.

Would you prefer to be limited, and a sportsbook have some sort of risk management, to protect YOUR $$ and other clients funds, or wager a youbetonit / Cashbet / CRsportsbet that take crazy wager limits and NOT pay.

i think the point is you should be able to handle a good player like him without limiting. yes it is smart on your part to limit but something is not right if you can't balance the action.

It seems you just pick accounts that are winning and start demanding documents that cant possibly be provided so you wont have to pay them.. At least in my case anyway.. I wasnt even tying to cash out yet.

No lies here Optimal.. He claims all i have to do is verify my account to be able to complete my rollover and cashout. But they were asking for a phone bill for the number i signed up with. Which was a text app and has no address attatched to it.. Which i explained before i deposited and gave Ben my real number to call me on which he did to verify the account.. Now they keep saying i need to prove an address for the text app number.. Which is impossible.. Just and excuse not to pay customers.. Thats not in any KYC I'v ever seen before.. I sent ID, Selfies, Utility Bills and much more mail with my name and address..

My question was, did the book send you a deposit refund?

If they have, do you have an email message from them saying they have done that? or some way to prove it?

This is what I got because i didnt have an address attatched to the text app number i put at signup. Even though before i deposited I provided my real number and they called me at that number.

Due to your lack of cooperation and failing to provide the information required, we have decide to escalate the documents required to include SOF / source of funds

SOF check, you need to submit the below pieces of information:

Your occupation and the salary received
1. A copy of a recent payslip from your employer
2. A recent bank statement copy which displays your salary being paid in
3. A recent credit card statement, displaying your name and payments going in and out
4. An e-wallet statement that shows your name, account number and payments in and out
5. A copy of a statement displaying a recent deposit into your bookmaker/casino account, confirming your own ownership of the related account
