Anyone playing at BETAGAME currently?

Never encountered any issues when playing with BAG......and customer service was very good.

Having said that, been awhile since played at BAG.....guessing at least 4 months or so, not sure exactly without looking it up.

Doesn't the Betagame rep LYING about them not closing Ksherm's account and stealing their funds not concern you??

I have sent them many hundreds if not thousands of players over the last 8 years or so and I have NEVER had a complaint about them not paying people.SHERMAN seems to have a history of the same issues with multiple books over the years. Check his history.That's if from me but if I had to bet, my money would be on BAG as the innocent party in this dispute.I hate seeing a good book get raked over the coals like Betagame is in this thread.

You're a real piece of shiit Jack. I signed up with Betagame several years ago and ran into a no-pay problem with them. I knew they were a sponsor of yours and contacted you personally. I also posted my grievance at your website, and did so respectfully given your relationship with the Book. You then contacted me via email asking me if I gave your site a referral. How could I because I didn't even know about your forum at the time I signed up. So I got no help at at all from you at the time--plus you banned me from your site for posting a legitimate complaint. Now you have the nerve to post here in support of your shiit sponsor. It should not be allowed and I'm asking SBR to ban your sorry ass too.

Note: This is MadJacks business model. They get advertising revenue from a handful of books, some of which are not that good--like Betagame. Then they get revenue from their posters that sign up with their iffy sponsor Books and give MadJack credit for the referral. Without the referral, you're on your own and you get booted if you complain. BAG is a Crap Book and MadJacks is a Crap forum.

Madjack, Ksherm and "friends" do act suspiciously and have come under scrutiny from multiple books over the years.

But just because a couple of them are women, and Ksherm has a habit of winning, is not a fair reason to confiscate her funds.


If you have a good relationship with Betagame, how about having a chat with them and ask this question; "What activities have these accounts been up to that can be seen as giving them any joint advantage?"

Having tried to mediate other complaints by Ksherm I know of no allegation ever that suggests she cheats to win. Abuses bonuses. Circumvents limits. Or anything else that could justify taking her money. If there had been any proof of that Ksherm would have been banned from SBR. We don't support scammers.

Again, I do understand why Thebookie is suspicious. And I do think Ksherm is not easy to deal with, mainly because she is fairly open and does not try to hide her connection to friends and insists she does nothing wrong and should be able to talk for others on here. But Betagame appear to be simply using more and more KYC requests to simply bully and delay paying her.

This is one where Betagame should Put Up Some Evidence, or shut up and pay what is owed now.

I had beefs with both 1-Vice (Griffin) and Betagame some 7 years ago or so (can't be more exact with my faulty memory--LOL). The Betagame dispute I was left to resolve on my own. And to be fair to your questionable sponsor, I was eventually paid in full by Betagame--no thanks to you. I'm not surprised you don't remember our Betagame discussion. Easy enough to forget after you deleted my posts about them. That's your MO, delete posts that are unfavorable about your sponsor Books and permanently ban the ones that do so.

Note: Odd that you didn't mention 1-Vice by name, instead referring to the long gone "Griffin". Probably just a coincidence that 1-Vice is still a sponsor of yours and you might not want to bring up an ugly incident involving them and several clients like me. How convenient that Betagame has a clause that gives them the "right" to confiscate funds if they just "consider" that you are part of a syndicate. Apparently no proof is required, just close the account and take the balance. Seems like this is what happened to Ksherm. She reached the 5-figure mark which allowed BAG to "consider" stealing her funds.

Funny how things have changed over the last year and a half. I joined both Betagame and Youbetonit about a year and a half ago based on the POSITIVE threads here at SBR. Now there's a bunch of negative threads for both.

Fortunately I went bust at YBOI but still have about a $500 balance at Betagame which I haven't finished the rollover yet.

So I can't speak as to whether they pay or not.

Would like to hear from someone who has been paid there to see if this is just an isolated incident.

But I certainly wouldn't have joined either book if the threads hadn't been overwhelmingly positive at the time.

If this sportsbook had any brains whatsoever.... they'd square you up on the 9k.... if they wanted consistent future business with other possible clients. This thread isn't going away.... and you can even GOOGLE it now. So it's extremely bad publicity on their part.

This KYC is a stall tactic... and nothing more. If a book accepts a deposit.... GAME ON! Pay the client. After paying the 9k... if they wish to say goodbye to you.... that's being professional.

Funny part is they had to call before the first deposit to verify the account and speak to the account owner.. Which they did and everything was fine.. Then a week later after the account was at 11k had to do more verifications (about 15 different things they wanted) selfies, video selfies, proof of funds, paychecks, bank statements, phone bills. Just crazy!! when the rollover was only half way done. Just BS!

It would make sense that "the bookie" is "Zach". Zach is actually Robbie M\*\*\*\*\*\* , a name that many older bettors will recognize as the owner of Apex Sportsbook --an F rated book from the early 2000's. He is appropriately nicknamed "McFail". Since his epic fail with Apex, Robbie has inserted himself in other faltering sportsbooks--like 1Vice in 2016 when I first encountered him. He comes to the "rescue" of these underfunded books, but doesn't do a full bailout. Instead, he keeps the squares and boots the ones he thinks are pros--but doesn't pay them the full value of their accounts. He'll either stiff these clients or try to settle for pennies on the dollar. If Zach/Robbie is now involved with Betagame, as it appears, I don't like your chances at a full recovery. He may just avoid you altogether and offer you nothing.

Note that Betagame and 1Vice are both sponsor books at Mad Jack Sports Forum. And prior to this thread, Mad Jack had only 3 posts on SBR since he signed up in 2007. He obviously chimed in to support "the bookie" who has been outspoken in support of Betagame this entire thread. Thus it makes perfect sense that Zach/Robbie is the the poster known as "The Bookie". Kind of feels like a Masked Singer moment--"I know exactly who this is" (LOL!).

What's even worse about Zach/Robbie is that he owns RDG Corp, a business that provides software for would-be bookies. Unfortunately, many of these sites are seriously underfunded and doomed to failure---not that he cares. Because that's when he swoops in to rescue most of that book's clients--but just the ones that are net losers. So he invests some capital to take partial ownership in a book that is now 100% comprised of squares. It's a win-win for him. The only losers are people like you and me that get stiffed or partially stiffed. Hopefully you get something from Zach/Robbie but it won't be out of the goodness of his heart. He wants this thread to go away with as little damage to Betagame as possible,
