I have 7 years playing with Bigbucksports and never had a problem, i have deposited and took bonuses and completed my rollovers and they paid me in less than 24 hours, i do not know exactly what problems you got with them but for me this book is great, their customer service is great too!
Cant be more obvious you are working for them. They scammed a good friend of mine out of over 10,000 all won legitimately, never paid a cent closed account and never return messages or answer their stupid magic jack phones. They are pure thieves 100% STAY AWAY!!!

They are thieves. They stole 10k from my friend who won placing legitimate bets. Agent he dealt with promised VIP treatment, then completely stiffed him closed account and stole the whole balance. Stay away from these crook scammers.
