#39Yea i do hope you get the rest or at least some more. I got screwed a couple years back at a newer casino i lost maybe $4000 then hit for $4500 . They screwed me and did not give me a dime. So at least that did not happen to you . I smeared them all over SBR posting all their lies . They made the mistake of leaving me voice messages that were threatening i posted them on here too. I did not get my money but at least i got the satisfaction of exposing them to everyone else. IDK where they would be on here now but some of them were pretty entertaining. The more i posted the more mad the guy got. So i would post that too lol. I kid you not by the end of their voice messages there was one that the guy started threatening me again in the beginning then by the end he was singing a song.Comment -

#40OP, make sure BetSoft knows about your situation. I think this is your best bet, I’m sure they license their software to anyone and everyone but if MyBookie is slandering their software in an attempt to confiscate a players balance, this opens up an entirely different can of worms. Everyone knows mybookie is a scam but nobody knows BetSoft let a couple of their slots OVERPAY for more than a year. Who is mybookie kidding? Everone knows slots never glitch in the players favor, gimme a f’ing break. I’ve played those slots in the past year I’ve never heard anything remotely close to this.Comment -

#41Let me clarify then. I made an initial deposit of $2,000-$3,000. During the course of the 9-months (June, 2020 - March, 2021), my balance when up and down. Additionally during those 9 months, I took out a total of 42 payouts, all being the maximum of $2,000 per week (7 days). Thus, I was able to take a combined amount of money in payouts equating to $84,000 (42 payouts at $2,000/each). When they disabled my account, I had a balance of $210,085.70 remaining in my account.
No matter how it is viewed, they seized my remaining balance of $210,085.70. I view that is stealing my money. I won that money fair and square and they owe it to me. When someone seizes your money, they have essentially stolen it form you. The initial deposit amount is immaterial here.
You can also look at it this way: I have won a total of $294,085.70. I got $84,000 of that. They owe me the remaining $210,085.70. Since they seized that entire remaining balance, I view that as stealing my money. They should pay me the remaining $210,085.70 as those are my winnings that I have not been able to take payouts on. My balance is now $0.00 since they seized it. All of it.
I hope this helps clarify.
So they do NOT still owe you your deposit money. Thanks for clarifying. You previously said "I did not withdrawal my initial deposit", so I thought it was important to get this straight.Last edited by DontTailMe; 04-14-21, 06:54 PM.Comment -

#43No need to be so defensive. I tried hard in my last post to not pass judgement on your case. When I said that you were about $81-82k in the black, I wasn't saying that MyBookie didn't still owe you anything more. All I was merely trying to do is determine if they still owed you your deposit. The reason that would be important (to you) is because your deposit money should not be dependent on your disagreement with MyBookie about the software glitch. They would owe you your deposit FULL STOP, even if there was a glitch, and it should be returned to you TODAY.
So they do NOT still owe you your deposit money. Thanks for clarifying. You previously said "I did not withdrawal my initial deposit", so I thought it was important to get this straight.Comment -

#45No worries at all. I didn't mean to come across as defensive. They do not owe me my deposit back because I played everything from that initial deposit and built-up my balance very high over those 9 months. I did lose significant money along the way (in terms of my balance decreasing), but was able to build it back up to $210,085.70 until they decided to seize it.
What's left is your disagreement over the remaining ~$210k of winnings.Comment -

#47All:
I tried making a Complaint to Betsoft this evening. Thanks to PD77's advice, I tried connecting with Betsoft to alert them about what MYB Casino was alleging about them, and their slot games apparently having software glitches for near a year.....allowing Players to be 'OVERPAID" during this extended time.
Interesting enough, the email address Betsoft lists for contacting them, bounces. That email address is: contact@betsoftgaming.com(JUST MORE SHADE UNDER THE TREE......THE MYB CASINO / MY BOOKIE TREE)Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to contact@betsoftgaming.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. And you NEVER got a payout of ANY of your winnings over a nine month period?
Sheez I'm so sorry for you, but THAT is the lesson to be learned here! If you win money get a damn payout
before they figure out a way to cheat the shit out of you!
EDIT EDIT! I see now that you posted you were taking out MAX withdraws every week.
They just got tire of freakin paying you!
Next question is that were you continuing to win all this money on those two "glitchy" slots?
you might have answered that too. If so sorry.Last edited by JoeCool20; 04-14-21, 10:01 PM.Comment -

1. Made a $2,000 - $3,000 deposit in June, 2020
2. Got my balance up over a period of 9 months to over $200,000
3. During the 9 months (June, 2020 - March, 2021), I took out a total of 42 payouts, each at a maximum of $2,000 per week (payout rules)
4. Total amount taken out in payouts over this 9 month period was $84,000.
5. Remaining balance in my account as of March 31, 2021 is $210,085.70
6. MYB Casino / My Bookie disabled my account and took unilateral measures in "seizing" my entire remaining balance of $210,085.70
7. MYB Casino states that there were software "glitches" in at least two Betsoft Gaming slots for nearly a year; accusing me of knowing this and somehow taking advantage of the games for the entire period. MYB Casino states that the Betsoft Gaming slot games in question are "Take The Bank" and 'Take Santa's Shop".
8. MYB Casino stated on March 31, 2021 that Betsoft informed them of the software "glitches" and asked for a review of my account.
9. The MYB Casino / My Bookie Auditor allegedly "reviewed" my account for 3 weeks and then recommended to the MYB Casino / My Bookie Casino Management and Security Teams to "seize" my account balance and disable my account.Comment -

#55This is a terrible thing that they have done to a winner. I really don't want you to answer this on here and give any leverage against you, so please don't answer it, but does anybody else think that there might HAVE been a "glitch" because nobody ever fukin wins like that at these places? Even if so it is their fault and I hope they aren't just allowed to steal back winnings by claiming there was a "glitch"!

#59MyBookie should really reconsider and start paying as this is a horrible PR move and will cost them way more then the 2K per week long run. Is it really worth it for the a C book on a good day to get a SBR rating downgrade plus all the negative google, social media and forum posts all for not paying 2K a week? The 2K a week BS payout limit is their insurance policy just in case someone get lucky like the OP did. Pay the OP his money MyBookie or lose 10X + that every week.Comment -

It's not like that it's important but I want you to be aware of the fact that
a) CEG is not the master-license holder of MYB and
b) CEG are crooks themselves who are siding with the casino in 99 of 100 cases.
So just don't expect any help from them.Comment
