I went on and chatted with Charles asking him questions about the site and he said he has never closed any accounts and would have to ask his "manager" about these situations and he is just a customer service rep "trying to earn a living"Leave a comment:

AVOID Bettheling.ag
This is a scam site that is run by a slimeball named "Charles". As soon as I started winning he deactivated my account, stopped answering calls and emails. He has robbed me of over $10,500. I sincerely hope he dies a slow and agonizing death.
Correction: The site is Bettheline.agLeave a comment:

I don't think you quite understand the difference between these Pay Per Head operations and the regular sportsbooks SBR deals with.
We do not rate them and have no better chance of finding the responsible agent or forcing them to pay than you do.Leave a comment:

Following up on this... so are the OP and I just SOL? Nothing SBR can/will do? Not even blacklist these cretins? The site is still up and running, and others will have their money stolen as well if SBR won't look into this. I have yet to receive even an acknowledgement of the complaint I had submitted.Last edited by Wegmine9; 12-31-19, 07:24 AM.Leave a comment:

They all have the same policy that the local agent is responsible.Leave a comment:

I’m just curious how much clout SBR would even have with PPH shops like this? I know it’s the agent that screws you over but does SBR try to go to the owner of the site?Leave a comment:

Yes this is a scam book, i submitted my own complaint about it a few days ago and am waiting to hear back. They stole several thousand from me.Leave a comment:

For some reason I can't PM on here (could you fix that for me) but in the mean time I replied back to help@sportsbookreview.com which includes the original complaint submission form in the email.
But no need to bother now, if you have emailed the help@ address, they will help you.Leave a comment:

I emailed him again when they sent another email.
He replied.
Hope this helps, if SBR wants to get involved.
Here is the message:
"I read the thread but there are no specifics at all, that is generally how things go when someone is trying to slander you. If you can provide me an account number or the customers name, I can ask the Risk Management department, and/or check the notes on the account in question.
Also if SBR wishes to contact me in regards to the situation in question I would be glad to assist in any way I can.
It is impossible to comment on something without any information".
SBR PLEASEEEE reach out to this thief (I filed an SBR complain about a month ago so you should have my account number). I’d absolutely looove to hear what this scumbag has to give for his reasoning on disputing my payouts and blocking me from logging in to my account and not answering email.Leave a comment:

"SBR is doing nothing about it"
Scam sportsbooks pop up every week so not all of them are going to be listed on the Blacklist. So knowing that what exactly do you expect SBR to do about it?Leave a comment:

100%. big bonus offered consistently by a book means trouble. offering 100% here and there is fine. offering it always is suspicious.Leave a comment:

I get the emails too. I just erase them. Never would I sign up at an unknown book. Too many legit options to play with now. I don't care if they offer a 10000% bonus. Not worth worrying if they are going to pay you if you win.Leave a comment:

Weekly spam email is a little different. No longer from Kennedy but the “Sales” team. Looks like they’re pushing their crappy little DGS casino now. Love the anonymity, Hello again. Spamming SOB’s.

They email me constantly.
I created an account a while back but never played there.
FWIW, the last email I got from Charles, I replied back and gave him a link to the original thread.
I asked him why people were posting about not being paid and asked for an explanation.
He replied that he could not open links at work.
I told him to read it on his phone or after work and get back to me.
He has not replied since.Last edited by Danj0123; 12-18-19, 01:53 PM.Leave a comment:

i agree most of these 2nd rate books operate in a ponzi scheme fashion. that is why big payouts usually take time (except from the really good books). they need money to come in to pay big payouts. has nothing to do with processor delays or whatever bullshit "john" in customer service will tell you.Leave a comment:

SBR will have no pull with them. Most of those C+ to F rated books are just ponzi books. Take new money in to pay..that's why their payouts are low. With the proliferation of legal US betting states... The well is drying up for those desperate for action outside of the main players.
Id be happy to have even pulled money from them. What method did you use to deposit?Leave a comment:
