I've said it before about DSI, but go figure a book that steals a $500 bonus from someone (me) who was betting $300,000 a year there. I never played there again then 3 years later they send me a $125 gift box for Christmas. Like I'm gonna come back????

Are they still a good book? I registered there like 2 years ago. Right now they are offering 200% bitcoin match bonus up to 600$ with 10x rollover. Will i have a problem if later i decide to cash out? I'm planning to deposit 200$ and take the bonus.

I'm done with them now. Even with hazy rules, at 150% it was a no brainer. You have to think they'll stiff/confiscate at an obscenely high % for it not to be worth it.

As I posted before, Im NOT doing it within their book. Im betting with another book or two using opposite sides. Costing me some juice but at this point just thankful to lose 5-10% and get this rollover done. I wouldnt even think of betting 2 separate lines in the same book. I mean thats clearly abuse and asking for it, basic common sense.

so anything converted into the cash account is clear of this nonsense yes? I am assuming once all rollovers are completed for each client, and the funds converted, they are "safe" for payouts. Have few pending futures using bonus funds. Wont top 10k, so just wait till rollover complete, dont wager anything in the bonus account, and they will convert it and be in the clear. Someone let me know if i miscalculated somewhere in my thought.

A BetDSI manager has confirmed that your bonus will be treated as being under the old rules.

Let me know if you have any trouble when it comes time to convert to cash balance.

I'd suggest keeping a tally of your rollover progress for yourself until this one is done btw.

I'll ask them about CS operator Brian's advice to you that it is management policy to retrospectively alter bonus conditions.

Below you can see they are claiming they are retroactively changing the rules for people who deposited before Nov 7th.

    Chat from Nov the 16th:

    Ned (18:38:29): 10/23/19 12:52 PM BTC200 Cash + Bonus 25x USD 134,713.25 USD 25,727.30 USD 108,985.95 19%
Ned (18:38:50): you still have 108,985.95

    Chat from Dec 13:

    Brian (17:58:45): New rule applies 10/22 deposit $1988.53 + bonus $2000 + bonus winnings $1400 x 25 = total rollvoer $134713 and has with new rule $5500 still short $129213

Here is them changing the bonus terms per management on Dec13th:

Brian (18:05:25): I repeat maximum bonus cash out $10,000

    fastlane :
(18:06:35): It says the rule was added Nov 7th. So therefore deposits before the 7th would not be included in that rule.

Brian (18:06:45): the rule is also applied on deposit's made before Nov 7th
Brian (18:15:02): this is how the rule will be applied sir
Brian (18:15:11): like it or not

Fastlane: (18:15:35): How is that fair?

Brian (18:16:21): I do understand were your coming from sir but there is nothing that can be done this was decided by management and we have to apply the rules

Is there anyway you can get a manager to define what they will do? As this problem will be coming up a lot if they are retroactively doing it to everyone. I had already been working on this deposit since Oct and now over 60k in bets didn't count. So I would like to have information confirmed before they change something again.

Let me know if you need any more information. Appreciate all the info you share ,thanks for trying to help out.

Qdog apparently met a $225,000 rollover with a $50 bet limit in two months, I think SBR got his limits upped some but with this new term good luck. This guy should go in to the SBR rollover hall of fame.
It’s interesting that the bonus T&C’s were updated almost immediately after his case.

DSI just made their thievery “legal” now by putting the ridiculous rollover requirements in the T&C’s. I bet if you look hard enough there is a retroactive FU clause in there somewhere. Remember folks, according to SBR, as long as it is in the T&C’s , no matter how ridiculous and unscrupulous, it is buyer beware.

They are doing exact same thing to me and also applying the limit of 10k bonus winnings. Just had the most infuriating chat with customer support.
