I was informed my account was re-enabled yesterday to request a withdrawal. Which i did for the full amount of 4940.
I tried to log in today to check progress and i am banned again.

I assume this is progress? will keep everyone up to date as/if my payout progress

This is how some books handle this. They let you in just long enough to request payout but nothing more. At the same time, I’m surprised they did it this way. MyBookie accepts payout requests via email.

Let us know what happens. Their payouts usually take a few days, so we may not know anything for a while.

Crazy sites have them rated above places like Bookmaker and Bovada even if they are paying them

Yeah I've been sorted now, they ended up being pretty reasonable in the end. Not sure where the original decision came from but thanks to their staff that ended up helping.

Was a nonsense decision from the start!

I can confirm that the exact same thing happened to me.

I had $13,000 of winning removed from my account and deposits only refunded.

Again I have evidence that I was not accused of wrong doing, I even have evidence of a customer service agent telling me as an Aussie I could bet and that I could deposit on the same phone call, and then a line manager telling me my winnings were all being taken because I am Australian.

Also I have had account for a few years and in the past lost money, I never had any issues until I ran my balance from $3000 deposits a few months ago to a balance of $18,050 and my account was locked.

I asked if my losses would have been refunded if I had lost, and was told no.

SBR should reach out to this guy and see if they can help.

Mybookie has made good on the total owed and at least for me, the matter can be considered closed.

A big thank you to SBR reps, all who re-tweeted, posted, DM'd me about this. In this day of social media it is our best and perhaps only real weapon when dealing with offshore bookies s

Trully their decision to pay me was a complete 180 turn from their initial stance. So without a doubt some or all of the above helped change their minds.

I am unsure what the custom is here to celebrate a win so as my way of thanking you all, I have made a donation to Seashepard.org on your behalf.
Sea Shepard is a foundation who skirts the edges of the law to bring direct action against those that illegally harvest our seas.

But because of their methodology they do not benefit from any big corp or big government donations.
