@friedcheese. thanks for messing with them a little lol...That kinda proves what we all knew...There was no policy in place to prevent having accounts at the different sites or accepting bonuses at any of them. Also the bonuses are pretty insignificant since they have high rollover (unless you spike a royal flush with a horseshoe up your ass). I think these guys just look at their bottom line that I had won on NBA and casino on their other sites and essentially decided "f this guy" don't want to pay him anymore.

The confusion was your account had been identified as not being bonus eligible, but as you were credited the bonus and subsequently put in sufficient play to clear rollover you will be paid in full. You would need to submit your ID documents before payment can be released. We've sent you an email with more details.

It doesn't seem fair to expect the customer to research and find out what casino/sportsbooks are owned by the same company. Furthermore, he used the same sign up information on all three accounts. This is something the casino should have recognized. Pay that man his money.

I have always gotten paid at JB but this does bother me even though he is getting paid. I hate it when a book brings up the "Recreational" excuse. Because that is all it is an excuse. I have a job that i make a living at. But if i do good at betting the book can say i am not recreational and screw me. Also i know at JB they offer the bonuses when you are depositing they decide which you get. So how are you abusing them when they are the ones offering it.

Bothers me too, because I have accounts at Bookmaker, Galaxy and Justbet with bonus options at all three. Had the OP never heard of SBR, JB would have stolen his money w/o question. I won't be using Justbet anymore.

Wrong, the moral is to avoid Books that don't want to honor the bonuses they offer after they get beat. Let's not blame the players for taking bonuses that they are willing to fulfill via the required rollover.

LOL Obviously some of you DO manage to roll these bonuses over! I never take a bonus because after they sucker you into it, they won't let you cash until you complete the rollover. Or lose all the money.
Like I say, obviously some of you think you can do it, but I don't ever fool myself into thinking I can make $10 grand worth of wagers on a $500 deposit + a big bonus! I'd just lose the money while trying to roll it over!

I always tell them no bonus because it is a gimmick to keep me from having access to getting a payout until I bet $10 grand worth of bets!

I say: "Buddy, if I thought I could make $10 grand worth of bets before I lost the money, then I'd take the sheit out of that bonus!" LOL

If he went on monkey tilt and lost it there would be no problem. That's the lowest common denominator in a lot of these cases. Any 'sticky entanglements' are conveniently missed as long as a guy is losing. I have a Cris acc count and it really makes me wonder if the stars align and I hit that six-teamer will they fight me tooth and nail to get paid? Long and short of it I don't see what this guy did wrong.

@lonnie55, no, no apology. I'm just happy to get the $$ and to leave it at that. Customer Service was top notch and responsive today, most likely thanks to some prodding from SBR

@Natty68, agree 100%. I've monkey tilted off many balances over the years and not a peep then about not being eligible for various rewards. I do realize how ridiculously lucky I got. The book should too and not be so results oriented. playing 500k in blackjack and winning doesn't make me a genius.

I played with them about 10 years ago, about the same situation you had and tried to cash out and a guy named Jim I do believe threaten to not pay me, he said I will pay you if I feel like it and I said I found there site on Sportsbook Review and mentioned bill dozer and that I had problems in the past with Sportsbook.com owing me 19500 and got paid , then he changed his tune and paid me, I never played with them again!!!
