Desporto24.com Suspends account with 3500 euros
    Hello everyone,

so I'm here to talk about my situation with Desporto24.com, a bookie mainly used by portuguese/brazilian players, owned by a Turkish company named EuroFun Investments that is licensed by Curação E-Gaming with the License No. 8048/JAZ.

In early January, i deposited 150 euros to try it. During a period of 4 months, I withdraw 1200 euros, in 4 withdraws, that took 2 to 3 weeks to be paid by them, even they claim on the website that payments only take to 4 days to be processed.

On the 10th of April, i tried to withdraw a higher amount, the withdraw was accepted but i never received any amount. They always said the payments were being delayed but they would pay me anyway.

Last Saturday, i tried to login to my account and i got a message saying that my account was suspended and that i should contact the live support. I did that and the answer was that my account was being analysed by the support department but they didn't gave any reason why. I'm still waiting for further information from them.

I just think this is a big excuse to not pay me since the only thing i did was to exploit the unreal odds they offer in some tennis markets.

Portuguese betting related forums are full of threads complaining about Desporto24.com integrity. Many people, like me, tried to contact Curação E-gaming commission to seek help but they don't reply to any complaint related with Desporto24.

The problem with the Portuguese legislation is that we can only play with fair odds on illegal websites like this one or 1xbet.

        Fair odds/Illegal odds.
Ypu have to sweat to win bet and then to sweat to get money. Better bet smaller odds and dont worry about money.

They stole 380 eur from me. I play only in sportsbook. Requested payout request in beginning of February (380 eur). 17 April my withdrawal request was canceled and trasfered all money to casino and lost. I tell them about it via e-mail and live chat, but no answer from them E-mailed to Curação E-gaming commission but still no answer too. SCAM!

I know Curação E-gaming received more then 20 complaints about Desporto24 but didn't reply to any single of them. Betting on a bookie licensed by them means zero security to players.

It looks like that the Portuguese authorities blocked their website.

Both bookies are connected. Same website and same service providers...

It's hard to accept they can continue without any consequences. As soon as the website was shut down as it happened with Desporto24 they just make a new page operated by a new offshore company with fake license and the scam goes on.

Those sites should being DDoSed all day long.
