Casinosieger has blocked my account - balance confiscated
Casinosieger.com has blocked my account - balance confiscated

I made payout 02 October 2017. My account was fully verified 27 September.
According to their rules, the payout should be carried out during 48 hours. I've contacted to them every day, because they din’t do anything with my payment. At all, they have confirmed that my payout was wired to my bank account 10 October one week later than it should be.

Next day they decided to change some regulations and frozen my account without any reason. When I asked them about my payment they answered they don't want to work with players from my country from 11 October and they confiscate my balance. They din't send nothing to my bank account or my skrill account, despite the fact they claimed they had sent and that this money was ordered earlier than any changes.

My account now is freezed and they don't answer to my emails

I have all screenshots that confirm everything that I've written: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/1p65gdbn4...K1GWmw3na?dl=0

The Condor Group with their brands, 24bettle, b-bets, CasinoSieger and Rembrandt Casino are well-known scammers. There are many reports about slow payments or confiscated balances available already.

For my own part, I am in the middle of a payout marathon since the end of March. And mosty likely this will continue until December before I receive all my funds. But at least I had the fortune to get paid.

I contacted MGA and Curacao Egaming already and they both answered to get in touch with them.

So you should use the possibilty and lodge an official complaint. The more complaints the higher the chance the licensors will intervene.

I have same problem with https://sports.b-bets.com/
I registered in March, made deposit 2280 euro, won 5593,11 euro.
In May, after my max stake was decreased I start withdraw money.
They sent to me only 3000 euro in May-June and then stop payouts.
Three times told to me what they sent money, but I don't received them.
Then ask me send notarized documents (my account was already verify). I spend my time and money but I made this documents and sent to them.
But now they frozen my account because they don't more accept players from my country (Belarus) and confiscated all my remaining balance 4873,11 euro.

            Two last emails from them:
Due to the licencing regulations posed to us by the authority and laws any deposits that have been made were refunded and and eventual remaining from the winnings have been waived. Thank you for your understanding.

            and another one:
Also as per our terms&conditions it is clearly stated that:The processing and opening of an Account is is prohibited to residents of the USA as well as residents of any other country wherein laws prohibit said accounts. It is the Player’s responsibility to know whether the processing and opening of an Account is allowed within their jurisdiction. You are aware that the right to access and use the Internet Site or Services and any products there offered, may be considered illegal in certain countries. You are solely responsible in determining whether Your accessing and using our Internet Site is compliant with the applicable laws in your country and you warrant to us that gambling is not illegal in the territory where you reside or make use of the Services.

We close the Player’s Account and terminate the Agreement pursuant to Multiple-accounting, Collusion, Cheating, Fraud and Criminal Activity or Breach of this Agreement the balance of the Player’s Account, Player’s approved but not yet paid withdrawals and/or jackpot winnings will be non-refundable and deemed to be forfeited to the extent of any claim that the Company may have against the Player at the date of such closurethis.

In cases like yours where the account closure is due to regulations we would normally refund the initial deposits made on the account, however, you have already received them and even more in the form of payouts.

I never heard of Casinosieger.com. Why would you do business with them? A lot of the gambling sites are scam artists.

Rembrandt casino, which is also part of the same group, is refusing to verify my account, and pay out winnings (740 e).

Verification process has taken over 2 months already, and the documents I sent them, are always 'too blurry' or something else wrong with them. They even asked to see a front and back side of a credit or debit card although I have never used any card on their website. When I mentioned that I made a deposit using bank account, and not any card, several times, the stock response was always they have to see front and back side of credit or debit card. I eventually sent it to them hoping the account would finally be verified but no such luck.

Dealing with books of this group requires primarily one thing: PATIENCE!

When I tried to withdraw my relatively high balance at 24bettle a few years ago, the whole process took almost a year. It was such an odyssey. They split the withdrawal amount in more than a dozen instalments. Sometimes they said they paid an instalment but it never hit my bank account. So I had to start a bank investigation and in the end it turned out they didn't even send the money. Almost every third payout was delayed for some reason. Their chat was no help at all. Just a complete nightmare. But at least they paid.

If you didn't take a bonus, you should get your money. Be aware that they deliberately delay payouts and all their excuses about "too blurry pictures" in the verifying process are just a way to gain time.
