If you fill in a sportsbook complaint form SBR may be able to help.

Please double check logging in though as I have heard someone say this before only to realize they could access the instructions later.

As about the log in, when I try to log in I get a message access restricted your account is blocked and link me to a site that I can not bet, deposit, withdraw. I can only check my total amount and my bet history and an blocking appeal field that I don t know what to do! I could screen print this if you want and post it if its ok!

Same story same sh#t! I am using this bookmaker over 3 months, lots of winning after a great winning strike, I won about 4k and they pay me in not time, I was like WOW that's great! Before leaving for vacations I withdraw all my balance and the money come to me almost instantly! After 2 inactive weeks I decide to deposit 2k for the previous weekend as their was great matches for betting.I lost 100 euro that weekend! Tuesday I decide to withdraw 900 euro and leave my account with 1k total balance and then... same story same sh#t!
Withdraw blocked, I contact with them using the live chat, the ask me to sent my ID at their security department.I sent the email and go to sleep thinking that the next day my account would be verified. The next day I receive the same email as you "your account is under verification etc etc". When I log in I face the same page as marioulia and the don't give me any explanation. They spam me with the same answer as you. After this I freak out and search all the net to get some info's about them and just read your post. What can we do guys? Our money are lost???

I am in the same situation as you.
As soon as you have too many gains 1xbet blocks your account. Indeed this is not a real bookmaker, its a scam. Besides, odds and limits proposed do not exist in reality. It exists only for the losers. Winners have their odds and limits changed very quickly. So you can not be a winner with 1xbet or, if you win, they block your account

I posted a complaint to SBR and opened a topic on the forum. It does not append but I suppose it is awaiting validation
I posted it on another forum too if you want the link

You will see this is only the beginning of the ordeal ! You are in step 1

A tip to anyone who would read this: if you have a 1xbet account, go away! 1xbet is not a real bookmaker! 1xbet is a scam !

In fact they will ask you full of trouble and never tell you why your account is blocked
You and I know why: because we won and 1xbet does not like the winners
If you try to contact them you will always have the following message: "Your account is under review at the time, you should follow the instructions listed on the website"

They will do everything to discourage you from claiming your payment. You will receive a message within 48h telling you to wait another 48h, then you will have to reconnect on your account to fill out a form with personal questions (they will even ask you the name of your employer).
Then you will have to wait and 1xbet will ask you to send a copy of your identity papers + screenshots of your e-wallet + statements of your bank account and send them by postal to Russia!
I am currently at this step, but they say in their email that we will then have other instructions ...

I suppose you had done all these checks in the past. This blocking is therefore only for not paying us

I think that person had the same concern as us. Since 4 months she is still not paid

No, i had to send them always only screenshots of my neteller account, my ID-coopies and one invoice - that was all, i had to send them. no troubles with Skype chats, sending sth by Mail.
I had no big trouble with them, but i am happy, that everything went good for me, maybe because my winngs were not to much and they didn`t came within one week

Im now in the same situation, i asked for a payout of my 2800 because the odds were so bad for me due winning. The first payout of 500 was without problem but when i requested all the money then it started the night. They requested me all sort of documents, example: selfie with passport and screen of my pc with the email of the security account open. I sent it all, and then they blocked my account, i fill in the block appeal form and now since one week i receive the same answer everytime, "account under verification".

The copies of my ID I should sent them should be a print of the photos I sent them or I have to put my ID card on a photo copy machine and sent them black-white photocopies?

Yeah been there, done that. Also made the stupid mistake to place a bet over there and win.
I didn't even request a withdrawal, they just blocked my account straight after the winning bet.

Went trough all the steps mentioned above. After they received my documents trough the post office they will ask u for a Skype call.
So that's the point right now. Will make the Skype call these days.

Okey lets continue the story above.

After my Skype call they send me list to my account with all kind of 'wierd' questions.
Filled the form and after a couple days they want u to send it to Russia (second time i had to send something over there).

So 1 week later i had to request a Skype call again (within 72 hours). So i did.

After this Skype call they closed my account period. I could withdrawal my deposit money but my winnigs are gone.
They said they don't believe i am however i say i am hahah.

So after 3 months of bullshit the story ends. Goodbye 1xbet
