What is Pinnacle technical department paid for??

    When I click on Duan odds 1.165, and trying to open a betting slip on the left side, it does not work.

    Still only loading and loading (please, note the "circle" at the place "This ticket does not contain a bet. Please make a selection").


    Is anybody else experiencing same problem ?

    I am using google chrome.

    Tried also Mozilla. It worked maybe twice, after that it was same ...


    Sorry, I had to cut the size of the picture, as SBR did not want to load it if bigger than 600 x 600.


    Odds on Duan was 1.165.

      No matter if I try to place a pre-match bet or a live one.

      If I resend it to Pinnacle, they will never fix it. Nobody cares.

      They only ask some 10 more information from me, but never do anything.

        Only now, after 1 hour, or more, I am able to create a betting slip !

        It seems it started to work.

        Could anybody else cofirm same, please ?

        If he was not able to create it and now he is ?

        If so, the issue was in Pinnacle, not in my pc.

          If they have an issue on their website, rather than to fix it, they will ask you for further information, as it should seem, the problem is on your side.

          They never repiled: "Yes, the problem is on our side. We will fix it soon"... It is sad, while having best odds around as well as other services (payouts - so far, customer service replying soon)...

            We have all seen intermittent issues with the Pinny site SBE... but looking at this thread with barely anyone else confirming your exact problems, and then your reluctance to take their requests to rule out any issues your own system seriously, I think it is time you stopped calling them stupid and incompetent and start looking in your own backyard.

            It's pretty obvious that you do have some sort of issue yourself here, as well as the site not operating perfectly.

                  E cheque deposit page. I contacted my bank and they were not the problem. And Pinny CS is useless and said to contact my bank
