    Bet365 is stealing my money! Help-me, SBR

    Hello all!

    I have aproximatelly 1000usd in my account

    She was locked for verification

    The site asked me documentation and I already sent all:

    My driver license card, my ID card and my CPF (CPF is one other document personale in my country), to verification identity and age

    And I too sent my bills utility with my address, to verification address




    Then, the site spoke me that all is ok, this verifications

    I asked to they unlock my account and allows me to back play

    But they spoke me that not, because need of one verification postal PVC. In this I need to receive one letter in my house with one code

    Then, they sent this for me

    They spoke that only this is necessary to end the verification of my account. Only this and nothing more, to unlock my account and my money




    But this have made more than 20 days!!!

    And I not received nothing in my house!!!

    I remember that in this day that they sent my letter, I asked in the chat to the support agent to send at least 3 letters equals, to be right that I will to receive at least one, if happens one problem in system of letter in my country

    But he say that not are necessary, only one, and sent

    BUT I NOT RECEIVED NOTHING

    He spoke me that this delay 7-10 days, already have more than 20!




    I am with my account and my money stopped and locked all this time, without to bet in nothing, losting NBA, tennis Australia open, soccer championships of my country, and others

    This is patetic

    I deposit to bet and happens this

    Because the site not made this BEFORE THE CUSTOMER TO DEPOSIT there!?

    They wait the person to deposito, and after made all this problem

    I think that they not sent this letter. Is the unique explanation




    My Neteller already is verified, my Moneybookers too

    I deposit normaly in all sites, and there in Bet365 too

    But this shit of sportsbook made all this problem only after I to deposit

    If I knows of all this, that this will to happen, I have deposited in other sportsbook and never have placed money in this Bet365!!!




    Team SBR and users, can anyone here help me?

    Or I will to lost my money!?!?

    They can at least to unlock my account while the letter not receive, and allows me to continue betting there, I think

    Is ridiculous the person to be without yourself money and without to can bet with this

    Used Bet365 and never had a problem with depositing/withdrawal. Took 5 minutes on the phone to tell them the number on my passport and I faxed them my license and all was done.

    I have news about my case, in chat support

    Now, the agent support Nicky H spoke me all different of all others agent support

    She say that not letter was re-send for me day 03/january

    I was waiting this all this days, for nothing, only because all other agent support lied for me!?

    I have all logs chats and mail message that they sent for me, speaking that have re-sent this for me and that only need of this PVC to reopen my account



    Day 04/january I received this:

    Hey Buddy Bet365 is one of the safest books i use them for 10 years now and never had a problem, once you recieve the letter with the code your payouts will be processed in under 6o minutes

    Had to do a verification with id and utility bill. Ran $100 upto $2000. Took 1 day, than cashed to ********** no problem. Im in Canada if it matters.

    I have been with Bet365 for 15 years now and they are solid and have always paid me in 24 hours. I had to go through the verification process too a long time ago. Just give them what they ask and you'll get your money.

    Country does matter, Kirk. Threads like these have been popping up all over and they're always from semi-sketchy countries (Lithuania, Greece, etc.) -- they just have to jump through a few more hoops but Bet365 is very legit, everyone gets paid.
