It is very good question. It is same as they allow states to have so called "Education Lottery" while denying sports betting. Bottom line, government knows that good money can be made from gambling services when they can control the payout rate, but they only want to do it in a way that sounds socially acceptable. Fan dual, Draft Kings and parlay cards, all sounds like entertainment, not real gambling, right?Comment -
