Also got paid just now, via Skrill. I am afraid to ask them if their system is still under maintenance because if they say 'yes', that would truly be bizarre.

Btw, the other method I would have been contemplating was a wire transfer.

So, it looks like they are paying but there seems to be some mis-communication somewhere along the way.

If you have any problem or hit a snag, just simply provide your account ID via a sportsbook complaint as Optional suggested, and management will look into it.

Received mid 4 figures via skrill in less than 24hrs, which is very fast by betcris standards. Usually I've had to wait at least a week.

The live chat of this A+ rated book is telling me that all the people over here are lying because
i's not possible that you guys have got your withdrawals via Skrill.

So...obviously they are lying to me. Why?

My withdrawal is still not processed.

I really would think about that rating.

It's my worst experience so far and
I have accounts at 50+ bookmakers.

Betcris and Bookmaker stopped offering Neteller for deposits and withdrawals (even for those who deposited this way). The excuse is that they're having temporary technical problems. I hope they're not having more serious payment difficulties because I have a large amount of money there.

Avoid that book...You can't trust a book that accepts deposits but then refuse payments with the same method..that doesn't smell good...

Cris unable to process Neteller?

No advance warning whatsoever. I went to make a deposit today and discovered neteller was not an option. Glad I wasnt trying for a withdrawal. CS said its a problem with the "platform" lololol whatever that means. did not really have a clue if NT would be available anytime soon. Be nice if SBR would heads up their players abt this stuff since Cris didnt think it was even worth an email to players who use this option.

Good for you, I discovered when I was asking for a withdrawal. No explication other than a "technical problem" and the solution given was to use the other withdrawal options paying the huge fees involved.
I'm going to wait a few more days to see if Neteller becomes available again.

They appear to have started processing other withdrawal requests that have been caught up in the problem this week.

Yes, I will submit a complaint now.

I still didn't get my money. I talked to live chat almost every day
and I mailed the support team. They are happy to give me my money
they replied. But they simply don't do it...

Worst book I every experienced...

When I asked if I could withdraw with a different method they just said no (with no reasoning) - simply not possible.

Than I wrote a mail to their support and I was told that they are more than happy to give me my money via Skrill.
I asked if I should process another withdrawal in my account (the 7th!) but I did not get an answer to that mail.
And no money....

As you can see they gave me no reason not to process my withdraw.

THIS? is an A+ rated book!.....

I do find it scary when a book with their reputation can stuff people around for this long yet fail to come clean with an honest public statement as to what's going on.

Neteller is still not a option, this a shamefull beaviour of betcris, how will I get my money out??? will I pay 30€ fees for a 200€ withdraw SBR should downgrade them imediatly, they are beaving like a scam book.
After this episode I will stop playing in unregulated books, not worthy.

BetCris deducted 25 $ from my withdrawal amount of 150 €!
This is the flat "Withdrawal Fee" I was told.
In my opinion this is robbery!

After all of this trouble I will rate this book on my own with "F" - to avoid!

$25 fee (16.7%) to withdraw via Skrill?
That is simply indefensible!
I have never had to pay for transferring money to or from Skrill.
In fact I don't pay for transfers in or out to anybody.
(But then I'm fortunate not to be in the US it seems)

CRIS expects Neteller could be back late next week.

Skrill is back as normal.

Just wanted to say that it looks like (based on my experience) Betcris is back to processing Skrill withdrawals as usual. For me, they are processing them in a matter of days.

It must have been a temporary issue whether it was maintenance or not.

It's not the first time this kind of issue happen with Betcris
I had post comment about it a few months ago .

Moreover their 25$ fee for every skrill payout is pure robbery , as Jakomo said
(not even one free payout a month )

Stay away from this bookie , don't worth A+ rating
