Since the day that I reported here that it had been available for a few hours most days, it hasn't since been available so much as I'm aware and I've been checking twice daily.

Let's hope that we've all got something to look forward to at the end of the month if they're as good as their word. In the meantime it would be nice if they had the decency to send their customers an email explaining the situation. The lack of any communication is not a good sign.

Personally, I feel like the longer it goes without any encouraging words from 99bet directly to players, or at very least a press release announcing an intention to return, the less likely this is going to end well. :\

I'll give them the benefit of doubt until the end of the month but if they don't come up with anything, all efforts should be made to identify those behind 99bet so that no one else has to suffer from any future enterprise.

Ideal gaming should be named and shamed too. They are the parent company and their unwillingness to reply to any sort of communication sums up the type of people who are running that show. I would guess that none of their companies are a safe place to deposit.

I suggest that you just tell them you did not make a screenshot before the site was closed. And leave it at that.

If you have any emails between you and them that mention your balance maybe send those as a form a 'proof'.

The last message I received from 99bet advised that they are awaiting approval of their Malta license application.

I think once that is approved 99bet will quickly make a decision on what to do with all your accounts.

I know they are acting a little weird arguing about screenshots with some of you. But try to be patient and not get into arguments with them about it for now. Do remember that they got ripped off too and it's in everyone's best interest that they resurrect the business ASAP.

One big incentive they will have to pay you all is the great publicity you people are capable of creating for them over them honoring your balances despite taking the loss themselves.

Whether through negligence or genuinely being stitched up, which to me counts as bad business decision making, not enough is being done to identify the people behind these sort of companies to ensure that no one ever trusts their money to them again. So many of these people rear their ugly head, time and time again and it's time to fight back.

Can any one identify the people behind this venture because someone I know is going to start a register and I am assisting? Please PM me any information.

Also any information on BetDNA would be welcome.

No one would identify themselves by name during my discussions with them Fist.

They attempted to obtain a new white label solution from IGS. This did not happen. I don't know if they were refused or changed their mind.

They also said they had applied for a Malta license.

They estimate that 10-20 people total had been affected.

That's about all i can tell you that might help.

Probably not much right now.

Wait until the domain is operating again and appeal to whoever is operating it. Even if it's not the same people, as we are only talking about a low 5 figure amount owing, they might see it as worthwhile honoring the balances.

That's up to you but anyone thinking of buying the domain should find this thread and probably wont want the headache of these outstanding claims so wont buy.

Even if they think they owe you nothing the bad publicity attached to the name will stick around a long time.

I doubt its going to be resurrected now basically.

If someone attached to the original owners had re-opened it we may have had some chance.
