I have no more information. All I know is that employees did not get paid for last 2 months. Directors of GV are nowhere to be found and everything was abandoned. Media is not reporting much since court case keeps getting moved from one date to an another, but so fare they are only accusing him of the original fraud charges which were published online.

If you players want the money, you have to come together and file a civil court case in Malta against GoldVictory. The LGA will not give you back your money.

The Lotteries and Gaming Authority feels that any further statements on its part could compromise the current legal proceedings, hence it will not comment pending the resolution of the court case.

Once the proceedings are decided the Authority will be in a position to update the public with the developments of the case.

Furthermore, please note that the Lotteries and Gaming Authority is requesting the information listed below. Please reply to this email with the requested details.

Oh, I'd given up on this. They owe me 5.5k euros, but I don't expect to see much or any of it. If by some unogodly slice of luck they do find some pennies down the bank of the sofa, it can buy me a 70" plasma or some other absurd luxury. If not, no loss.

I do find it mildly amusing that my best ever winning run was at a book that promptly went bust - made 22 in a row there, literally couldn't lose. The last 3 I picked at random for a laugh, and they won too.

The answer to my comlaint:
We are not tracking the legal process, we only have compiled reports of players that are owed funds and have reported this information on our website. As you may know, GoldVictory has a rating of F, with a debt to players in excess of $100,000. Unfortunately no new information has come in to suggest players would be paid- - our last report was dated June 3rd 2009, and can be viewed here.

So they can't do anything for us

And LGA? i sent an email last week but they didn't answer till now.

An option is to get a collective claim through a Maltese lawyer to the court but it would cost money and there is no guarantee we`ll see any money out of this swindler who currently is in a hideout on some Greek island, having played successfully before the maltese court his favourite role of "suffering of life-threatening disease". The curious thing is that I was told by my Moneybookers VIP manager there are three Greeks - people who know him in real life that are owed 200k Euros altoghether just the three of them

and she knows this for a fact as she heard it from their mouths. Collection agency might be the only solution, I agree

Í have sent an email to the ministry of justice of Malta:
My name is Daniel Guerra.
I'm writing this email to you because i don't know what to do to have my money back.
I'm a victim of Goldvictory sportsbook, that are regulated by LGA.
As many others i was robbed by a greek man that was the owner of that sportsbook, Lga can't tell us nothing, proving to be a weak regulator.
With this email, i wish you could tell me what's happening, if the greek man was condemned and if we gone a be paid.
Waiting for an answer from maltese authorities.
