Not seeing the M/O method on this withdrawal options. I know they sometimes send them if your payout has been delayed via another method, but not seeing where you can request it from the start? It's on your payout drop down options?

Hmm.. don't know what to tell you. On a side note BOL is down for maintenance. Also Lowvig happens to be down for maintenance also.
