I'm experiencing this too. I called customer svc & they acted like nothing was wrong, then I responded that it said that the website was down for maintenance & the CSR was like "oh yeah it's down". Any ETA for when it will be up? "No." Can I place bets over the phone then? "I think you should wait until the site is back online." ???

Although their customer service isn't the best, they do have some payout methods and you should be able to get your money by ** or we or check most of the time within reasonable time by most offshore standards. I like their online format also, is very fast and user friendly when you know how to use it.

If several thousand they may make it difficult. Hope this site isn't down forever.

Payouts are real quick. I've withdrawn close to 10k in the past two weeks. I've never had any issues with them in the past 5 years. I'm hoping this is just a minor setback before they come back online.

I chose the *********** option and they shipped it overnight. I also used the ** and ** option and it was sent the same day.
